Prefabricated Insulated Housing

Admin 18 de septiembre de 2026

Prefabricated insulated housing mainly includes types such as fully aluminum-built, cement prefabricated panel houses, modular prefabricated houses from China, and insulated prefabricated cement houses, each with its own characteristics.

The fully aluminum-built prefabricated houses feature thermal insulation. Taking a two-bedroom, one-bathroom, and one-balcony model as an example, it comes fully equipped with interior decoration and appliances, including air conditioning, underfloor heating, electric curtains, etc. The bathroom facilities include a toilet, shower basin, water heater, and there is also a projector to meet the diverse living needs of occupants, providing them with a comfortable and convenient living experience.

Cement prefabricated panel houses offer the advantages of being warm in winter and cool in summer, as well as being economical and practical, with good thermal insulation effects. Taking Shunping County's cement prefabricated panel houses as an example, they start at 255.00 yuan per square meter and can be customized in terms of size. Using a one-time pouring process with reinforced concrete, they have a thermal conductivity of 1.28 watts per meter-degree, are wind-resistant up to level 8, and have an earthquake resistance index of 7. They are versatile and can be used for villas, dormitories, office buildings, temporary housing, shops, and other purposes.

The base structure of modular prefabricated houses from China is priced at approximately 843,000 Argentine pesos per square meter (equivalent to about 4,000 to 5,000 reais in local currency, excluding local taxes and international shipping fees). The main body of the house is constructed using galvanized steel frames, and the walls are made of multi-layer composite material panels, providing both thermal insulation and sound insulation functions, effectively blocking external heat and noise. When delivered by the manufacturer, windows, doors, double-glazed windows, and a complete electrical system are pre-installed. Some modules also include fully fitted kitchens and bathrooms, making them convenient and quick to set up.

Insulated prefabricated cement houses are becoming increasingly common in northern regions, especially around Jining, Inner Mongolia. Their core components, such as walls, floor slabs, and roofs, are pre-produced in factories, with thermal insulation materials integrated during the manufacturing process to form "modules" with thermal insulation functions. The walls typically adopt a "sandwich" panel structure, with cement-based panels on the inner and outer layers and thermal insulation materials (such as polystyrene foam boards and rock wool) filled in the middle, effectively blocking heat transfer between the indoor and outdoor environments. In addition, they offer advantages such as fast construction speed, relatively stable quality, and minimal environmental impact.
