Prefabricated Housing Standards
The standards for prefabricated housing are primarily determined based on domestic mandatory standards, international trade standards and practices, and contractually agreed standards. Details are as follows:

Domestic mandatory standards: According to the Standardization Law of the People's Republic of China, national standards are divided into mandatory and recommended standards, with mandatory standards being compulsory for implementation. For exported prefabricated houses, if there are domestic mandatory standards for such products, the exporter must meet these requirements. Meanwhile, in accordance with the Law of the People's Republic of China on Import and Export Commodity Inspection, the mandatory inspection of imported and exported commodities aims to determine whether the commodities listed in the catalog comply with the mandatory requirements of national technical specifications. This means that exported prefabricated houses must pass relevant inspections to ensure compliance with domestic mandatory standards, which is a fundamental prerequisite for export.
International trade standards and practices: If the destination country for exported prefabricated houses has established relevant standards that differ from domestic standards, according to international trade practices and contractual agreements, it is generally necessary to meet the standard requirements of the destination country. Especially when the destination country's standards involve mandatory requirements related to safety, health, and environmental protection, these requirements take precedence. In addition, the Law of the People's Republic of China on Import and Export Commodity Inspection stipulates that when mandatory requirements for national technical specifications have not yet been established, inspections can be carried out with reference to relevant foreign standards designated by the national commodity inspection department. This provides an inspection basis for exported prefabricated houses when the destination country's standards are unclear, ensuring that the products can smoothly enter the international market.
Contractually agreed standards: The contract is an important basis for determining the standards for exported prefabricated houses. If the contract clearly specifies the applicable standards, including domestic standards, destination country standards, or international standards, both parties should strictly adhere to the contractual agreements. When the contract does not clearly specify the standards, applicable standards can be determined in accordance with relevant laws such as the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China through supplementary agreements, trade practices, or statutory rules for unclear quality. However, it should be noted that the mandatory standards of the destination country usually take precedence and cannot be excluded through contractual choice of law to ensure that the products comply with the laws and regulations of the destination country.
