Construction Plan for Prefabricated Housing Platform

Admin 18 de septiembre de 2026

The construction plan for a prefabricated housing platform should cover core aspects such as project background, organizational structure, construction preparation, processes, quality control, scheduling, and cost control. Special attention should be given to component design, mold precision, concrete curing, and installation techniques for distinctive prefabricated wall panels.

I. Project Background and Organizational Structure
The prefabricated housing platform enables rapid construction through factory-prefabricated components and on-site assembly. Taking a residential community as an example, the total construction area is 120,000 square meters, with 60,000 square meters being prefabricated. The component prefabrication platform covers an area of 3,000 square meters, and the construction period is 60 days. The construction organizational structure should clearly define the responsibilities of the project manager, technical lead, quality lead, safety lead, material lead, and construction teams to ensure efficient collaboration.

II. Construction Preparation and Processes

  1. Construction Preparation: Review construction drawings and technical documents, organize and train professional teams, inspect equipment for soundness, and procure building materials that meet standards in advance. Level the site and set up temporary roads, drainage, and lighting facilities.
  2. Foundation Construction: Use a C15 concrete cushion (100mm thick), C30 concrete foundation beams (cross-section 200mm×300mm, beam bottom elevation -0.5m), and foundation slabs (150mm thick, slab bottom elevation -1.0m).
  3. Main Structure: Columns, beams, and slabs are all made of C30 concrete. Columns have a cross-section of 300mm×400mm (top elevation 4.5m), beams have a cross-section of 200mm×300mm (bottom elevation 4.0m), and slabs are 100mm thick (bottom elevation 4.5m).
  4. Roof Construction: Sequentially apply a C15 concrete leveling layer (50mm), SBS modified asphalt waterproofing membrane (3mm), extruded polystyrene insulation board (100mm), and a 0.5mm colored steel plate decorative layer.
  5. Interior and Exterior Wall Construction: Exterior walls use 200mm aerated concrete blocks, while interior walls use 100mm light steel keel partitions.

III. Quality Control and Progress Management

  1. Quality Control: Strictly inspect raw materials, follow process standards during construction, and ensure concealed works are inspected and approved before covering.
  2. Scheduling: Plan foundation construction, component transportation and storage, assembly, finishing, and acceptance in stages, allocating the construction period reasonably.

IV. Cost Control and Key Points for Distinctive Wall Panels

  1. Cost Control: Optimize material procurement to avoid waste and arrange labor efficiently to improve productivity.
  2. Distinctive Prefabricated Wall Panels:
    • Use BIM technology to disassemble components and optimize reinforcement layout and hole positioning.
    • Ensure mold flatness error ≤ 2mm/2m and reinforcement spacing error ≤ ±5mm.
    • Use C40P8 waterproof concrete with a slump of 180±20mm and steam cure for ≥8 hours.
    • Transport using specialized racks with anti-slip fixtures and store upright with inserted racks for stability.
    • Apply hydraulic leveling, laser alignment, and intelligent positioning systems during on-site installation to ensure precision.
