Prefabricated Housing Finished Factory

Admin 18 de septiembre de 2026

A prefabricated housing finished factory is a place where buildings are disassembled into independent modules, manufactured within the factory, and then transported to the construction site for assembly.

Production Mode: Prefabricated housing finished factories adopt a modular production approach, dividing the entire building into independent modules such as ceilings, walls, and waterproof layers. For example, the China Construction Hailong Intelligent Construction Industrial Park achieves multi-process collaboration within a four-story factory building through a three-dimensional layout. After individual production of scattered components on the second or third floor, they are transported to the assembly station for automated assembly by welding robots. This mode breaks through the limitations of traditional construction methods, which are affected by weather and site conditions, significantly improving production efficiency.

Technical Characteristics: Highly automated technologies, such as robotic arm welding and intelligent logistics systems, are widely applied in the factory to ensure module manufacturing precision at the millimeter level. Taking the China Construction Hailong Industrial Park as an example, its annual production capacity can reach 20,000 to 30,000 modules, several times the efficiency of traditional construction methods. Meanwhile, modular production allows for standardized pre-treatment of key parts such as bathroom waterproof layers, effectively reducing the incidence of common quality issues like leakage.

Application Case: A factory in Huadu District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, provided support for the national 'Good Housing' demonstration project by prefabricating all components of a four-story police station office building. After completing pipeline embedding and decorative surface layer construction in the factory, these components were transported to the site and assembled through bolt connections or wet construction methods, completing the main structure construction in just a few weeks, reducing the construction period by more than 60% compared to traditional methods.

Industry Value: This mode promotes the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry through industrialized production, reducing dust and noise pollution at construction sites while also lowering material waste through large-scale production. According to statistics, modular construction can reduce construction waste emissions by about 80%, aligning with the trend of green building development. With technological advancements, future prefabricated housing factories are expected to achieve full-process intelligent manufacturing from component production to the construction of entire buildings, 'like making cars'.
