Prefabricated Housing Component Production Equipment

Admin 18 de septiembre de 2026

Prefabricated housing component production equipment mainly includes floor slab machines, prefabricated concrete wall panel production lines, other prefabricated component production equipment, and prefabricated component production lines for assembled buildings.

Floor Slab Machine: As a type of prefabricated component production machinery, the floor slab machine is also known as a hollow slab machine or hollow slab extrusion molding machine. It is specifically designed for the extrusion molding of various prestressed concrete round hole slabs in industrial and civil buildings. The floor slab machine is a continuous production device, typically achieving a production length of 1.0 to 1.3 meters per minute, efficiently meeting construction demands.

Prefabricated Concrete Wall Panel Production Line: This production line uses cement, sand and gravel, lightweight aggregates, and additives as raw materials. After precise measurement, these materials are mixed into a uniform mixture using efficient mixing equipment. Subsequently, the mixture is pressed into wall panels of specific shapes using hydraulic or vibration molding techniques. This process ensures the compactness of the wall panel's internal structure and the flatness of its surface, improving the quality and performance of the wall panels.

Other Prefabricated Component Production Equipment: In addition to the two main types of equipment mentioned above, there are various other prefabricated component production equipment, such as Zhongtuo prefabricated panel installation machines, indoor partition wall panel erection machines, and cement lightweight wall panel machines. These devices cover a range of functions from prefabricated panel installation to the production of prefabricated components in various shapes and sizes, meeting the diverse needs of the construction industry.

Prefabricated Component Production Line for Assembled Buildings: This production line is a more complex and advanced combination of prefabricated component production equipment. Its production process begins with the assembly of high-precision molds, followed by automated steel bar processing and laying. After being mixed by an intelligent batching system, the concrete is uniformly poured into the molds by a distribution machine. Steam curing is then used to accelerate the development of the concrete's strength, and finally, after quality inspection, the prefabricated components are transported to the construction site. The technical challenges of this production line mainly focus on mold compatibility design, concrete crack resistance control, and multi-process collaborative optimization, ensuring high-quality and efficient production of prefabricated components.
