Prefabricated Housing Component Operation Guide

Admin 18 de septiembre de 2026

The Prefabricated Housing Component Operation Guide covers four core aspects: on-site repair and polishing, installation, transportation and stacking, and site layout planning. The details are as follows:

I. On-site Repair and Polishing of Prefabricated Components

  1. Purpose and Scope: Standardize the repair and polishing process to ensure the integrity, strength, and appearance of components meet design standards, applicable to the repair of surface damage, corrosion, uneven settlement, and other defects.
  2. Basic Requirements:
    • Materials and Tools: Repair materials and polishing equipment must meet design material requirements and project technical standards.
    • Personnel Qualifications: Operators must possess professional skills and safety awareness, and be familiar with component material properties and process parameters.
    • Environmental Control: The operating environment must meet finished product protection requirements, avoiding rain erosion or external interference.
    • Operational Specifications: Strictly control polishing intensity, frequency, and direction to prevent damage to internal structures; implement the 'three-inspection system' (self-inspection, mutual inspection, and dedicated inspection).

II. On-site Installation of Prefabricated Components

  1. Core Principles:
    • Model First: Solidify construction standards through models.
    • Precise Positioning: Control installation accuracy to the millimeter level to ensure stable hoisting and reliable connections.
    • Closed-loop Process: Standardize the entire process from site receipt to finished product protection, strictly implementing 'three inspections in place'.
  2. Scope of Application: Covers the installation of various prefabricated components in prefabricated engineering for residential, commercial, public, and industrial buildings.

III. Transportation and Stacking of Prefabricated Components

  1. Transportation Requirements:
    • Laminated Panels and Stairs: Place steadily with firm pads, speed ≤60km/h, and turn slowly.
    • Prefabricated Walls: Stand vertically and use flexible materials to protect the contact surface between the bracket and the component.
  2. Stacking Specifications:
    • Site Conditions: Flat and solid, with good drainage, channels set between stacks, and the entire site hardened.
    • Stacking Method: Pad the bottommost component firmly with embedded lifting parts facing upwards; when stacking overlapping, align the pads vertically; stack according to the hoisting sequence to avoid affecting other processes.
    • Hoisting Requirements: The angle between the lifting rope and the component's horizontal plane should be ≥45°, preferably ≥60°.

IV. Site Layout Planning for Prefabricated Component Construction

  1. Tower Crane Selection: Calculate tower crane performance based on component weight distribution to ensure coverage of the hoisting range.
  2. Stacking Yard Layout: Laminated panels should be hoisted on the vehicle as much as possible; the prefabricated stair stacking yard should be flat and well-drained, avoiding placement on the garage roof (reinforce if necessary).
  3. Road Settings: Width >6m, turning radius ≥10m, clear spaces below 6.5m, and prioritize planning circular roads.
