Prefabricated House with Garden

Admin 18 de septiembre de 2026

Prefabricated houses with gardens come in various types and design features.

I. L-shaped House Extension with Prefabricated Modular Cabin This is a method of renovating existing L-shaped houses by adding new prefabricated modular cabins to enclose the eastern outdoor area, forming a U-shaped patio. In terms of exterior design, the additional module features a red profiled aluminum cladding, creating a striking contrast with the gray concrete exterior walls of the existing house, enhancing the building's visual hierarchy and uniqueness. For interior space creation, the garden room's interior walls, ceilings, and joinery all employ the same wooden decor, a unified design approach that highlights the spaciousness of the space. Additionally, the room is equipped with numerous large window openings, which not only strengthen the connection between the interior and nature, allowing ample sunlight to enter the room, but also enable occupants to better appreciate the garden scenery and enjoy the beauty of daily life. Furthermore, this modular cabin also serves practical functions, acting as storage space for garden materials. The design of double-leaf doors facilitates easy access to the garden and provides a convenient passage from the street to the garden.

II. Youchaoshi Prefabricated Houses Youchaoshi is an emerging company specializing in the design and production of prefabricated buildings. Its garden cabins adopt a modular design concept, making the installation process simple and fast, and capable of meeting various ideas and requirements of different customers for garden houses. Youchaoshi offers a variety of garden cabins in different sizes, such as the medium-sized garden office measuring W4.5m x D3.5m, suitable for those who need a certain amount of workspace and wish to work in the garden; and the brick-effect garden office measuring W2.2m x D2.8m, whose brick-effect exterior can better blend with the surrounding environment, meeting different aesthetic needs.

III. Lion Feuchtwanger Strasse Residential Area Designed by the German architectural firm FAR frohn&rojas, this project is located in the north of Karlsdorf, Berlin. It employs an open prefabricated concrete frame system, with two newly built six-story residential buildings enclosing an elevated central 'garden platform' as a shared public space. Below the platform, a transparent circulation level is set up, housing various convenience facilities to facilitate residents' daily lives. The residential units are arranged facing the central platform, offering a variety of housing types. The garden platform level features double-story 'townhouse' units, with single-story apartments on the upper level, providing residents with diverse living options.
