A prefabricated house with a foundation is a construction model where house components are prefabricated in a factory and then transported to the site for assembly. The construction process involves several key steps.

Once in place, the crossbeams are installed like building blocks, adjusted through level measurement, and fixed with nuts. Then, foam glue is used to fill the gaps between the crossbeams and the foundation piles for fixed support. The nut fixation points are sealed with cement to prevent the nuts from rusting and the connecting components from corroding, thus extending the service life of the structure.
The final step is backfilling soil and pouring the foundation. After the foundation frame structure is completed, soil backfilling begins.
