Prefabricated House Transportation Requirements Standard
The standard for transportation requirements of prefabricated houses mainly includes five aspects: transportation vehicle selection, loading and securing, transportation route planning, transportation safety measures, and unloading requirements.

Transportation Vehicle Selection: Appropriate vehicles should be selected based on the size, weight, and shape of the prefabricated components. For large and heavy components, such as concrete walls and large steel beams, flatbed trailers or large trucks should be used to ensure that the vehicle's load-bearing capacity meets the standards. For small and lightweight components, like doors, windows, and small decorative parts, small trucks or vans can be used for transportation. For longer prefabricated houses, vehicles of sufficient length should be selected to ensure that the components can be placed steadily on the vehicle.
Loading and Securing: It is crucial to arrange the components properly. Isolation measures should be set up between components and they should be secured to prevent collisions and friction during transportation. For fragile components, such as glass doors and windows, special packaging materials should be used for wrapping, and buffer materials like foam boards and rubber pads should be added. At the same time, ropes, steel straps, etc., should be used to firmly secure the components to the vehicle to avoid shaking or displacement. Protective measures such as wrapping vulnerable parts with foam or rubber should be taken.
Transportation Route Planning: Conduct a survey of the transportation route in advance to understand key information such as the width, slope, bridge load-bearing capacity, height and width restrictions of the road. Avoid sections with poor road conditions, heavy traffic congestion, and height and weight restrictions. Choose a route that is of an appropriate distance, has good road conditions, and has low traffic flow. Also, consider the transportation time and try to avoid peak traffic hours. In addition, the road's load-bearing capacity should meet the transportation requirements to prevent damage to the road surface; the width should ensure that the vehicle can pass smoothly, and the flatness should be good to reduce bumps and maintain the stability of the components.
Transportation Safety Measures: Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the vehicle before transportation to ensure that equipment such as the braking system, tires, and lights are operating normally. Drivers should strictly abide by traffic rules, control the speed, and avoid dangerous operations such as sudden braking and sharp turns. Arrange for dedicated personnel to monitor the transportation process in real-time, and use GPS positioning systems to grasp the vehicle's status. In case of severe weather conditions such as heavy rain, strong winds, and heavy snow, take protective measures such as covering the components and waiting for the weather to improve. At the same time, an emergency plan should be formulated to deal with emergencies such as traffic accidents and severe weather.
Unloading Requirements: Upon arrival at the destination, unload the components in the correct order and method to avoid damaging them during the unloading process.
