Prefabricated House Rigid Connection Diagram

Admin 18 de septiembre de 2026

Currently, a direct prefabricated house rigid connection diagram cannot be provided, but two typical rigid connection methods and related diagram information can be introduced:

Rigid Connection with Steel Connection Box

In the connection scenarios of prefabricated partition wall panels, rigid connection with a steel connection box is a common method. Adjacent partition wall panels are connected through a steel connection box placed in the connection box housing slot on the side of the panels. This connection box is the main load-bearing device for the forces between the seams and can effectively resist the shrinkage deformation of the partition walls, making it a rigid connection. The chamber structure of the connection box is relatively special, consisting of left and right reinforcing steel bars and bolt holes. Among them, the bolt holes play a crucial role and are used to install the fastening bolts that are screwed onto the bolt sleeves. Moreover, the bolt sleeves are welded to the reinforcing steel bars inside the adjacent partition wall panels to ensure the stability of the connection. The relevant structural schematic is labeled as Figure 1 (G34–1; G34–2), but the specific content of this diagram is not currently provided. This connection method provides a reliable rigid connection for prefabricated partition wall panels through the synergistic effect of the steel connection box and related components, ensuring the stability of the partition wall structure.

Rigid Connection Node of New Self-Positioning Bolt-Free Steel Structure Modules

The rigid connection node of new self-positioning bolt-free steel structure modules was applied in Building 1 of the supporting dormitory project for the emergency hospital area of Shenzhen Third People's Hospital. This connection method has unique advantages. It achieves self-positioning and rapid installation through limit plates and positioning plates, greatly improving the module installation efficiency, which can be increased by three times compared to traditional methods. In specific operations, after the box bodies are docked and positioned, high-strength grout is poured into the connection nodes. Once the grout solidifies, a "rigid connection" is formed. This connection method enhances the seismic and wind resistance of the structure, providing more reliable safety protection for the building. There are relevant diagrams indicating the connection nodes, but their specific content is also not provided. This connection method combines self-positioning technology with the rigid connection formed by the solidification of high-strength grout, meeting the requirements of modern construction for speed, efficiency, and safety.
