Key Points of Prefabricated House Production

Admin 18 de septiembre de 2026

The key points of prefabricated house production mainly include three aspects: exterior wall panel production, modular production, and prefabricated slab production.

Exterior Wall Panel Production: The production of exterior wall panels employs the reverse-casting process, a crucial step to ensure the aesthetic appeal and quality of the exterior walls. First, tiles are meticulously laid on the formwork, requiring neat alignment and uniform gaps to lay a solid foundation for subsequent construction. Next, steel reinforcement bars are bound, with their layout and binding quality directly influencing the strength and stability of the exterior wall panels. Subsequently, concrete is poured to ensure it fully fills every corner of the formwork and tightly bonds with the steel reinforcement. After the concrete cures and takes shape, the prefabricated wall panels are erected, and meticulous tile gap treatment is carried out to enhance the appearance of the exterior walls. The components also undergo steam curing to enhance their strength and durability. After curing, demolding and lifting operations are performed, and each component is numbered for subsequent installation and management. Finally, the numbered components are classified and stored to ensure a clean and orderly construction site.

Modular Production: Modular production is one of the core aspects of prefabricated house production. It involves breaking down the building into individual modules, which are then manufactured in a factory. These modules include ceilings, walls, waterproof layers in bathrooms, etc., all of which undergo precision processing and assembly in the factory. Some scattered components are produced separately and then sent to the assembly station for final assembly. During the assembly process, highly automated equipment such as welding robots is used to ensure that each module is firmly connected. At the same time, the position of each steel reinforcement bar is precisely located, with error and precision controlled in millimeters to ensure the overall performance of the module. Each module also has a detailed 'ID card', including information such as the project name, product model, and production date, facilitating subsequent traceability and management.

Prefabricated Slab Production: Prefabricated slab production is another important aspect of prefabricated house production. During production, a hollow model is first made using wooden boards, with the size and shape determined according to design requirements. After placing steel reinforcement bars in the hollow part of the model, cement is poured to fill the hollow part, ensuring tight bonding between the steel reinforcement and the cement. After the cement dries, the wooden boards are knocked off, leaving behind the prefabricated slab. Prefabricated slabs come in two types: solid and hollow. The hollow structure achieves lightweighting by reducing the non-load-bearing concrete, which not only reduces the self-weight of the house but also improves construction efficiency.
