Construction Plan for Prefabricated House Panel

Admin 18 de septiembre de 2026

The construction plan for prefabricated house panels should cover various aspects such as preliminary preparation, foundation construction, component transportation and storage, assembly, decoration, quality control, scheduling, and cost control. Details are as follows:

I. Preliminary Preparation

  1. Component List Verification: Verify the specifications, quantities, and seismic node reservations of prefabricated components according to the design drawings. For example, load-bearing walls should have reserved grout sleeves with a diameter of 22mm and a spacing of 400±5mm.
  2. Site Planning: Plan the stacking positions according to the lifting sequence. The first-floor wall panels should be placed at the edge of the tower crane coverage, the second-floor wall panels close to the working face, and the laminated panels should be stacked in layers on dedicated shelves (≤6 pieces per layer).
  3. Personnel Training: Conduct specialized training based on the characteristics of the components, such as teaching lifting workers the 'three-point-one-line' observation method and grout workers to control the water-cement ratio (0.13-0.14), and passing practical assessments.

II. Foundation Construction

  1. Foundation Type: Adopt shallow foundations (strip, independent, raft), with embedded parts on the top surface for connection with components.
  2. Construction Process: Positioning and setting out → Earth excavation → Foundation treatment → Cushion construction → Rebar binding → Formwork installation → Concrete pouring → Curing → Acceptance.
  3. Construction Points: Reserve 200mm for manual bottom cleaning during earth excavation. Replace with sand and gravel or lime soil (compaction coefficient ≥0.95) if the foundation bearing capacity is insufficient; use C15 concrete for the cushion (thickness 100mm, elevation deviation ±5mm); the rebar binding spacing deviation is ±10mm, with a protective layer of 30mm.

III. Component Transportation and Storage

  1. Transportation: Select appropriate tools to ensure the safety of the components.
  2. Storage: Stack in order in designated areas, with laminated panels stacked in layers (≤6 pieces per layer).

IV. Component Assembly

  1. Assembly Sequence: Walls → Roof → Floor.
  2. Connection Methods: Use bolts, welding, etc. For example, the bottom gap of wall panels should be filled with fast-hardening early-strength mortar (2-hour compressive strength ≥15MPa).
  3. Node Treatment: Clean debris from grout sleeves before grouting, complete sealing within 30 minutes, and ensure a 28-day pull-out test value ≥18MPa.

V. Decoration Works

  1. Interior Decoration: Construct walls, floors, and ceilings according to design requirements.
  2. Exterior Decoration: Install facilities such as doors, windows, stairs, and balconies.

VI. Quality Control

  1. Raw Materials: Verify certificates and inspection reports.
  2. Process Control: Ensure the angle between the lifting rope and the component is ≥60° during lifting, and the verticality deviation of wall panels is ≤3mm.
  3. Concealed Acceptance: For example, plan the pipeline embedding in laminated panels in advance.

VII. Scheduling
The total cycle is approximately 85 days, including 15 days for foundation construction, 5 days for component transportation, 20 days for assembly, 30 days for decoration, and 5 days for acceptance.

VIII. Cost Control

  1. Materials: Purchase according to demand to avoid waste.
  2. Labor: Optimize personnel allocation to improve efficiency.
