Production Process of Prefabricated House Molds
The production process of prefabricated house molds primarily includes key steps such as master template fabrication, wall panel production, component processing, and internal steel reinforcement framework positioning.

Master Template Fabrication: The master template serves as the foundation of the entire mold, and its quality directly impacts the precision of the mold and the quality of the final product. When fabricating the master template, high-density boards or aluminum plates are typically chosen as raw materials due to their high flatness and precision. First, the raw materials are precisely cut according to design requirements to achieve the desired shape and dimensions. Subsequently, through fine grinding processes, burrs and uneven parts generated during cutting are removed, resulting in a smooth and flat surface. Finally, painting treatment is applied, which not only enhances the aesthetic appeal of the master template but also provides a certain degree of surface protection, preventing damage during use.
Wall Panel Production: As the outer shell of the mold, wall panels play a crucial role in protecting the internal structure and withstanding external pressure. According to design drawings, materials such as stainless steel plates or steel plates are selected for production. During the production process, the materials are first cut to ensure accurate dimensions. Next, through bending processes, the wall panels are formed into the required shapes to fit the overall structure of the mold. Finally, welding procedures are carried out to firmly connect the various parts. During production, strict control is exercised over the thickness and strength of the wall panels to ensure they can withstand the pressure and vibrations applied during mold production, guaranteeing the stability and durability of the mold.
Component Processing: The production of mold components is equally important. These components include zippers, handles, adjusting bolts, etc., which work closely with the wall panels to facilitate the use and operation of the mold. The production methods for components vary depending on their functions and materials. For example, components that need to withstand significant forces are produced using high-strength materials and special processing techniques to ensure they do not suffer damage or deformation during use.
Additionally, in the production of prefabricated concrete house molds, precise positioning of the internal steel reinforcement framework is required to provide solid support for subsequent concrete pouring. Meanwhile, the molds are made from high-strength, corrosion-resistant materials to ensure stability and durability during repeated use.
