Prefabricated House Manufacturing Process Diagram
Currently, there is no diagram of the prefabricated house manufacturing process, but the manufacturing process is as follows:

Wooden Prefabricated Houses: In the factory, the manufacturing process begins with drawing structural floor plans, which serve as the foundational blueprint for the entire house construction. Subsequently, CNC machines and robotic arms are used for material preparation. For example, pine wood is precisely sawed along pre-set cutting lines. The equipment has gravity-sensing capabilities, automatically dragging the cut wood to the parking area after completion. Next, laser printing technology is employed to affix labels of the same model to the wood for subsequent identification and management. Once the wooden boards are properly stacked, roller robotic arms come into play, pushing the boards inward and securing them on one side with nail guns in a short time, thus forming windows. Simultaneously, the robotic arms pick up the vertical surfaces and transport them to the next platform. For the manufacturing of load-bearing beams, workers insert solid wood into specific equipment to create square frames. These frames will serve as the main walls of the house, providing stable support.
Modular Prefabricated Houses: This type of house manufacturing adopts a modular design concept, breaking down the building into multiple independent modules and completing the manufacturing of each module in the factory. For instance, elements such as ceilings, walls, and waterproof layers in bathrooms are meticulously crafted in a three-dimensional factory. Scattered components are first produced individually to ensure the quality and precision of each part. Afterward, these components are sent to the assembly station for high-automation assembly. At some real estate construction sites in Shanghai, the prefabricated 'building blocks' are transported by tower cranes and precisely installed in the appropriate positions. Each 'building block' has a detailed 'ID card' containing information such as the project name, product model, and production date, facilitating construction management and quality traceability.
Prefabricated Assembled Wooden Houses: Construction starts on an open lot. Workers first unload heavy timber from trucks and build the house chassis frame on a pre-poured concrete foundation. Then, they lay floor joists and use metal connectors to secure the joints, ensuring the stability of the platform. Next, large wooden panels are transported to cover the platform. After the foundation platform is completed, the prefabricated wall modules are moved onto the platform and erected. They are precisely aligned and fixed to the base plate with nail guns, gradually transforming the house from a flat layout to a three-dimensional structure. After the exterior wall frames are enclosed, internal fine divisions are carried out, and partition wall frames are constructed while laying the floor beams for the second floor. Finally, for roof construction, large triangular trusses are transported into position, and workers on the ground and roof cooperate to lift and precisely place them on the top beams of the walls.
