Prefabricated House Hoisting Process

Admin 19 de septiembre de 2026

The prefabricated house hoisting process mainly includes seven stages: material preparation, hoisting equipment preparation, processing tool and material preparation, labor force preparation, site layout, hoisting operations, and quality assurance measures. Details are as follows:

Material preparation is the foundation of the hoisting process. Before construction begins, it is necessary to negotiate with suppliers regarding the demand plan for PC components, clarify the loading sequence, vehicle capacity, and hoisting schedule to ensure an adequate supply of components in each construction area and avoid secondary hoisting due to component shortages, which could affect construction efficiency.

Hoisting equipment preparation requires selecting appropriate equipment based on project requirements, such as tower cranes. For example, a project may use a 6517B-10 tower crane produced by Zoomlion, with a boom length of 30 meters and a maximum lifting capacity of 6 tons, which can meet the component hoisting needs. Equipment selection should comprehensively consider component weight, hoisting height, and construction site conditions.

Processing tool and material preparation involves calculating quantities in advance and customizing tools and materials, including steel beams, diagonal braces, exterior wall panel reinforcement pieces, straight connectors, wall panel positioning pieces, L-connectors, plastic spacers, lifting claws, and cement self-tapping screws. These tools and materials are crucial for ensuring the installation accuracy and connection firmness of components.

Labor force preparation, in addition to hoisting operators, requires strengthening safety monitoring. A safety monitor should be assigned on-site to oversee safe operations during hoisting and prevent accidents.

Site layout involves rationally planning construction roads, which should be laid out according to permanent road standards. The road for heavy-duty trucks should have a 200MM thick C20 plain concrete pavement, a width of 4 meters, a turning radius of 15 meters, and a turnaround area. Drainage measures should be implemented on both sides of the road. Establish survey control points and set up permanent longitude and latitude coordinate stakes and level stakes. Large temporary facilities should use detachable movable panel houses, including processing yards, warehouses, and dormitories, to facilitate later dismantling and site restoration.

Hoisting operations are the core stage, including the installation and connection of prefabricated components, involving processes such as setting out and positioning, wall and column reinforcement tying, aluminum formwork sealing, floor slab bottom reinforcement tying, reservation and embedding of water and electricity pipelines, floor slab concrete pouring, and precision leveling of cast-in-place floors. The hoisting of specific components, such as prefabricated bay windows and balconies, should be combined with networking technology and carried out according to standard floor construction procedures to ensure installation accuracy and construction efficiency.

Quality assurance measures should clarify quality control links in the hoisting plan to ensure construction complies with standards. Through strict quality inspections and acceptance, the hoisting quality of prefabricated houses should meet design requirements.
