Prefabricated house flipping is usually achieved with the help of specialized flipping devices or equipment. The common types and their characteristics are as follows:

Flipping device for prefabricated components of assembled houses: This device consists of a base frame, a flipping platform, and a flipping mechanism. Its unique feature is that the center of gravity of the flipping platform is offset away from the working platform. In actual operation, the flipping mechanism adjusts the angle of the flipping platform by extending or shortening, using gravity to automatically flip the prefabricated components. Concrete prefabricated wall flipping machine: As a common construction equipment, it is mainly used to flip prefabricated concrete wall panels from a horizontal to a vertical state. This equipment generally consists of a frame, a flipping device (such as two powerful hydraulic cylinders), and a control system. On construction sites, workers operate the control system to make the hydraulic cylinders work, thereby driving the prefabricated wall panels to flip. Through the electrical control system, the flipping angle can be flexibly adjusted according to production needs, reducing manual operation links, lowering labor intensity, and improving production efficiency and component quality.

Large-scale concrete prefabricated flipping machine: This equipment is mainly used for flipping, handling, and positioning large-scale concrete components such as beams, columns, and slabs. It is divided into two types: hydraulic drive and mechanical drive. It drives the flipping table surface to rotate through a hydraulic system or a mechanical transmission system to achieve the flipping of concrete components.
