Connection Methods for Prefabricated House Finished Products
Admin 18 de septiembre de 2026
The connection methods for prefabricated house finished products mainly include steel bar sleeve grouting connection, steel bar anchor lap connection, welding or bolt connection, steel bar mechanical connection, steel bar lapping connection, and post-cast concrete connection.

- Steel bar sleeve grouting connection: During the production of prefabricated concrete components, finished sleeves are pre-embedded. During construction, steel bars are inserted from both ends of the sleeve, and then grout is injected. After the grout hardens, the steel bars are firmly connected to the sleeve, thus achieving the connection of the steel bars. This connection method has high strength and reliability and is suitable for parts with high structural performance requirements.
- Steel bar anchor lap connection: There are two forms: spiral stirrup anchor lap connection and corrugated pipe anchor lap connection. The spiral stirrup anchor lap connection strengthens the reserved holes for the lap-spliced steel bars through spiral stirrups to improve the stability of the connection. The corrugated pipe anchor lap connection uses corrugated pipes to strengthen the reserved holes, also achieving the purpose of enhancing the connection effect. Both methods can effectively achieve the lap splicing of steel bars and meet the structural force requirements.
- Welding or bolt connection: In some specific connection scenarios, such as the connection between double-T plates and supporting structures, methods like plate rib bottom welding and bolt connection are often used. In addition, connections between components can also be achieved through tongue-and-groove joints and steel embedded connectors. Welding connections have the characteristics of high connection strength and high stiffness. Bolt connections have the advantages of easy installation and disassembly, making them suitable for parts that require frequent disassembly or adjustment.
- Steel bar mechanical connection: It includes various types such as threaded sleeve connection, extrusion sleeve connection, and adhesive-injected sleeve connection. This connection method is suitable for the steel bar connections in parts such as frame beams and columns and shear walls. It has the advantages of stable connection quality and fast construction speed and can meet the force requirements of different structural parts.
- Steel bar lapping connection: There are methods such as circular steel bar lapping and straight steel bar lapping (with or without lapping forms), which are mostly used for the vertical steel bar connections in parts such as walls and columns. This connection method is simple in construction but has relatively low connection strength and is suitable for parts with small forces.
- Post-cast concrete connection: The connection of prefabricated components is achieved by setting cast-in-place sections (such as hidden columns). For example, after the circular steel bars are lapped, concrete is poured to form the prefabricated components into a whole, enhancing the overall integrity and stability of the structure.
The selection of these connection methods requires comprehensive consideration of factors such as the force requirements of the components, on-site construction conditions, and building structure requirements.
