Prefabricated House Customization
Prefabricated house customization mainly includes four types: modular construction, prefabricated concrete houses, prefabricated assembled buildings, and customized steel mold solutions.

Modular Construction: Buildings are divided into independent modules, manufactured in factories, and then transported to the site for assembly. Its core advantages include short construction periods, controllable quality, and energy efficiency, with design precision controlled to the millimeter. For example, a public housing project in Shenzhen, Guangdong, used 6,028 concrete modules for assembly, reducing the construction period from the traditional 2.5-3 years to just 1 year, and reducing on-site labor by about 50%. Modular construction enhances efficiency through standardized factory production while reducing material waste and environmental pollution.
Prefabricated Concrete Houses: These are constructed using high-standard reinforced concrete, poured in one piece to form a dense and sturdy structure with multiple properties such as earthquake resistance, fire resistance, and thermal insulation. They support personalized customization, come in a variety of specifications and styles, and can be used in office buildings, staff dormitories, rural self-built houses, and other scenarios. With a design lifespan of over 70 years, they also support overall relocation and secondary disassembly for reuse, making them suitable for long-term use or scenarios requiring flexibility.
Prefabricated Assembled Buildings: This category encompasses technical systems such as panel-assembled, box-assembled, and frame-assembled buildings. Among them, box-assembled buildings, through the combination of prefabricated functional units, can increase construction speed by 50%-70%, but they have higher requirements for transportation and lifting equipment. Modular construction, as a more integrated model, has achieved a reduction of over 70% in construction waste in Fujian Province and other regions through policy support. This type meets different scenario needs through technical system division, balancing efficiency and environmental protection.
Customized Steel Mold Solutions: These use assembled box-type combination molds, consisting of inner and outer mold roofs and window and door modules, with concrete poured in one piece to form a strong and integrated house structure. This solution is suitable for the customization needs of batch prefabricated concrete houses. It achieves large-scale production through mold standardization while retaining space for personalized customization, balancing efficiency and flexibility.
