Custom Construction Technology for Prefabricated Houses

Admin 18 de septiembre de 2026

The custom construction technology for prefabricated houses mainly includes stages such as construction preparation, foundation construction, transportation and storage of prefabricated components, assembly of prefabricated components, interior and exterior decoration, as well as construction quality control and schedule arrangement.

Construction Preparation: The site needs to be leveled to the design elevation, control piles should be set up, and areas for component stacking, processing, and installation should be demarcated. The ground in the stacking area should be hardened. When components arrive at the site, their models, specifications, and quantities should be checked, and their appearance quality and factory certificates should be inspected. Key components should undergo sampling tests for mechanical properties. During storage, the method of 'padding below and covering above' should be adopted to prevent deformation. Technical preparations include organizing drawing review and detailed design, formulating a component lifting sequence diagram, and preparing construction equipment (such as truck cranes and torque wrenches) and materials (such as high-strength bolts and sealants).

Foundation Construction: First, the foundation should be treated. After excavating the foundation pit, graded sand and gravel should be laid and compacted, and the bearing capacity should be tested to ensure it meets the standards. Then, reinforced concrete independent foundations should be poured. The formwork should be made of multi-layer boards, and the concrete strength grade should be C30. After pouring, the concrete should be cured until it reaches the design strength.

Transportation and Storage of Prefabricated Components: During transportation, appropriate transportation tools should be selected according to the size and weight of the components to ensure their safety during transportation. After the components arrive at the construction site, they should be stacked in order in designated areas to avoid damage caused by secondary handling.

Assembly of Prefabricated Components: Components such as walls, roofs, and floors should be assembled in sequence according to the design requirements, and the assembly sequence should strictly follow the lifting sequence diagram. The connection methods include bolt connection or welding to ensure that the components are firmly connected. Key joints should undergo mechanical property reviews.

Interior and Exterior Decoration: Interior decoration includes the treatment of walls, floors, and ceilings. Environmentally friendly materials should be selected and meet fire and water resistance requirements. Exterior decoration includes the installation of facilities such as doors, windows, stairs, and balconies, and the appearance should be flat with good sealing performance.

Construction Quality Control and Schedule Arrangement: Quality control covers raw material inspection, construction process monitoring, and concealed work acceptance. For example, the torque values of high-strength bolts should be tested, and welding joints should undergo non-destructive testing. The schedule arrangement should clarify the time nodes for each stage, such as the start and end times of foundation construction, component transportation, assembly, decoration, and final acceptance, to ensure that the project is completed on schedule.
