Prefabricated House Construction Process Drawings

Admin 18 de septiembre de 2026

The construction process of prefabricated houses (prefabricated buildings) mainly includes aspects such as construction procedures, technological processes, and operational key points. Although there are no complete drawings, the construction process can be understood through relevant introductions.

Construction Procedures

Taking a prefabricated frame structure as an example, after the construction of the first floor is completed, the columns for the next floor are hoisted first, followed by the installation of the main beams, secondary beams, and floor slabs in sequence. After the hoisting of the prefabricated components is completed, the reinforcement at the connection points is bound, and finally, the pouring of the nodes and the cast-in-place layer of the beams and slabs is carried out. This process reflects the construction sequence of prefabricated buildings from bottom to top, with component hoisting followed by connection pouring, ensuring the overall integrity and stability of the structure.

Technological Processes

Industrialized production is a key link, where buildings are divided into various prefabricated components such as columns, beams, and floor slabs, which are then processed and manufactured in factories. After processing, these prefabricated components are transported to the construction site and assembled using knowledge of steel structure installation. This method of factory production and on-site assembly improves construction efficiency, reduces on-site wet operations, and is conducive to environmental protection and quality control.

Operational Key Points

  • Technical Preparation: In structural embedding measures, the positioning of embedded parts must be accurate to ensure the precision of subsequent component installation. The component molds and processing sequence should correspond to the on-site hoisting plan to avoid delays in component supply or disordered sequences. At the same time, carefully check the reserved and embedded parts in the component drawings to prevent omissions or errors.
  • Layout Planning: The site is hardened with 20mm thick steel plates to ensure a flat and sturdy ground surface, facilitating the stacking and hoisting of components. The vehicle access lanes should meet the requirements for simultaneous entry and exit to ensure smooth passage of transport vehicles. Reasonably determine the number, model, and location of tower cranes to meet the hoisting requirements of components at different locations.
  • Preparation Before Hoisting: Organize and install the hoisting equipment to ensure its good performance and safety. Load the components onto vehicles according to the hoisting sequence and mark them with numbers and drawing sequence numbers for easy identification and installation on-site. Set out the cross-sectional control lines, install the adjustment tool embedded parts, complete the lower support system, and measure and correct the column top elevations to fully prepare for the hoisting work.
  • Hoisting Process: Adjust the components horizontally during hoisting to ensure stability and safety. Immediately after the column formwork is removed, verify the position of the reinforcement to ensure its accuracy, laying the foundation for subsequent connection and pouring work.
