Prefabricated House Cement Board
Prefabricated house cement boards are factory-prefabricated cement components, produced through specific processes, with different types, certain advantages and disadvantages, and prices varying according to specifications and uses.

Production Process
When making prefabricated house cement boards, first, use wooden planks to nail the required mold. This mold determines the shape and size of the cement board. Then, arrange steel bars inside the mold. The steel bars act as the 'skeleton' of the cement board, enhancing its overall strength and load-bearing capacity. After that, pour the pre-mixed cement into the mold. Next, place the mold filled with cement and steel bars on a machine and shake it until the cement is evenly distributed, ensuring full and uniform filling. Once the cement solidifies, remove the mold, and a prefabricated house cement board is completed.
Type Characteristics
Prefabricated house cement boards mainly come in two types: solid and hollow. The design of the hollow structure is quite ingenious. By reducing the amount of concrete in non-load-bearing parts, it achieves lightweighting of the cement board. This design not only reduces material costs but also lightens the overall weight of the building to a certain extent, having a positive impact on the design and construction of the building structure. However, the hollow structure may be slightly inferior to the solid structure in terms of sound insulation and heat insulation.
Existing Problems
There are some common problems with existing prefabricated panel houses. In terms of earthquake resistance, due to the structural characteristics of prefabricated house cement boards, their earthquake resistance is relatively weak. In the event of natural disasters such as earthquakes, they may not be able to effectively resist the seismic forces, posing potential risks to the lives and property of the occupants. In terms of sound insulation and heat insulation, the sound insulation and heat insulation effects of prefabricated panel houses are poor. External noise can easily enter the interior, and indoor heat can easily dissipate, affecting the comfort of living. In addition, the service life of prefabricated house cement boards is generally around 30 - 50 years. Over time, problems such as aging and damage may occur, requiring regular maintenance and replacement.
Price Situation
The prices of prefabricated house cement boards vary according to different specifications and uses. For example, a 12-centimeter prefabricated floor slab made of cement, steel bars, and concrete for water collection pits, trenches, and pre-stressed hollow house construction is priced at 18.0 yuan; a concrete crack repair agent, cement floor grout repair mortar, road surface floor slab PC prefabricated component filler is priced at 329.0 yuan; a 30mm fiber-reinforced cement board, floor slab king for steel structure mezzanine floor slabs, prefabricated cement board, and cement pressure board is priced at 19.0 yuan, etc.
