Construction Technology of Prefabricated House Beams
Admin 18 de septiembre de 2026
The construction technology of prefabricated house beams covers multiple stages, including construction preparation, steel bar-related processes, concrete pouring, curing, formwork removal and demolding, lifting and storage, post-processing, and site clearance.

- Construction Preparation: It is necessary to build a prefabrication yard, prepare prefabricated pedestals and bottom formwork, and carry out formwork erection work to establish a basic platform for subsequent construction.
- Steel Bar-Related Processes: Fabricate and install steel bar frameworks, and in some projects, embed corrugated pipes. Before pouring, rubber strips should be used to fill the gaps between the formwork and steel bars to prevent concrete leakage during pouring.
- Concrete Pouring: Use a gantry crane to lift the concrete hopper above the prefabricated beam formwork, open the discharge port for pouring, and simultaneously vibrate with a vibrating rod to ensure concrete compaction. After pouring is completed, use an iron trowel to smooth the concrete surface and pour 50-millimeter-high concrete into the top grooves on both sides according to the drawing requirements.
- Curing: Embed a QR code tag into the concrete with the QR code facing upwards, seal the perimeter of the steam curing shed, insert steam pipes, and set the time and temperature to start steam curing. Modern prefabricated beam production adopts steam curing technology, and some projects significantly shorten the production cycle of single beams by integrating intelligent steam curing systems.
- Formwork Removal and Demolding: Check the thickness of the protective layer, use a tape measure to check the length of the protruding steel bars, measure the distance from the embedded parts to the edge of the component, and observe the concrete surface. After confirming that there are no serious defects on the concrete surface and that all inspected parts meet acceptance requirements, proceed with formwork removal. In some projects, chiseling is required after formwork removal.
- Lifting and Storage: Connect a duckbill lifting device to the lifting pins on the beam, lift the beam component 200 - 300 millimeters, pause to check if the component is secure, and then proceed with lifting if confirmed. Place wooden pads or steel supports at the bottom of the components and stack them in the area beside the fixed formwork table or in the beam storage area.
- Post-Processing: For prefabricated T-beams, positive moment prestressing construction is required.
- Site Clearance: After the production of the components is completed, clean up the garbage on the formwork and the ground, and collect and store all the tools, drawings, and documents used.
Modern prefabricated beam production introduces intelligent circular production lines and digital twin technology, adopts mobile pedestals, hydraulic formwork, and intelligent vibrating systems to achieve full-process automation. The entire construction process must comply with industry standards, and industry technical standards are also constantly being improved.
