Prefabricated House Beam Construction Plan

Admin 18 de septiembre de 2026

The prefabricated house beam construction plan mainly includes aspects such as project overview, compilation basis, construction preparation, construction process, quality control, and countermeasures for construction difficulties, as detailed below:

Project Overview: The conditions of prefabricated roof beams vary across different projects. For example, in residential community construction, some projects have a total construction area of approximately 100,000 square meters, with 12 residential buildings using prefabricated large beams. In some high-rise residential projects with a total construction area of about 126,000 square meters, there are 326 prefabricated beams in total across 6 buildings, applied to positions such as floor-span beams, with specific cross-sectional dimensions, lengths, weights, and concrete strength grades. There are also projects that do not provide detailed information but adopt a prefabricated concrete structural system, with roof beams being prefabricated components assembled on-site.

Compilation Basis: It covers laws and regulations, such as the Construction Law of the People's Republic of China; standard specifications, including multiple codes like the Code for Acceptance of Constructional Quality of Concrete Structures; and other bases, including construction drawings and design changes for this project.

Construction Preparation:

  • Technical Preparation: Organize personnel to learn processes, familiarize themselves with drawings, compile plans, conduct drawing reviews, simulate construction, provide technical disclosures, and carry out safety training.
  • Material Preparation: Prepare materials such as steel bars and concrete, as well as construction equipment. Communicate with manufacturers to determine the progress and delivery time of prefabricated beams and inspect components and auxiliary materials.
  • Personnel Preparation: Establish construction teams, form professional installation teams, clarify responsibilities, ensure personnel are certified for their positions, establish a management system, conduct training and assessments, and set up a project management team.
  • Construction Site Preparation: Determine storage sites, build transportation channels, and set up lifting equipment.

Construction Process: It includes prefabricated beam fabrication (steel bar processing, concrete pouring, curing), transportation (select appropriate vehicles and protect the large beams), lifting (inspect equipment and lift to designated positions), installation (positioning and connection), and acceptance (appearance, dimensional, and quality inspections).

Quality Control: Strictly control the quality of processes such as steel bar processing during fabrication; ensure the installation accuracy of components and strengthen process control during installation.

Construction Difficulties and Countermeasures: For narrow sites, adopt a combined stacking method of 'stacking + nesting'; complete unloading during the day due to traffic restrictions; reasonably handle the collision of steel bars in beam-column joint areas; strengthen measurement reviews to ensure accuracy; and take effective measures to prevent collisions and deformations of prefabricated roof beams during transportation.
