Prefabricated House Beam Atlas

Admin 18 de septiembre de 2026

Currently, there is no directly complete 'Prefabricated House Beam Atlas', but detailed information on prefabricated beams can be provided.

Prefabricated Composite Beams

Prefabricated composite beams are a relatively common type among prefabricated house beams. They are produced through factory prefabrication and then transported to the construction site for installation and fixation according to the designed positions. Their cross-sectional shapes are diverse, generally rectangular or T-shaped. When the floor structure adopts a prefabricated panel assembled floor, in order to reduce the height occupied by the structure and increase the building's headroom, the cross-sections of frame beams are often designed as cross-shaped or flower-basket-shaped. In assembled monolithic frame structures, prefabricated beams are usually made rectangular. After the prefabricated panels are installed in place, some concrete is poured to form an integral whole between the prefabricated beams and the cast-in-place parts, enhancing the overall integrity and stability of the structure.

Connection of Prefabricated Concrete Columns and Beams and Examples of Overall Structures

In assembled monolithic frame structures, prefabricated columns are generally made with rectangular cross-sections and connected using fully grouted sleeves. During connection, qualified grouting material is used for grouting to ensure the quality and reliability of the connection. The connection between prefabricated columns and foundations adopts an insertion method. A corbel is set at the top end of the prefabricated column, and its function is to support the composite beams, enabling stable connection between the beams and columns to form a complete structural system. Prefabricated composite beams usually adopt an inverted T-shaped design, which facilitates the placement of composite panels and enables better construction and assembly of the floor structure.

Forming Steps for Prefabricated House Beams

The forming of prefabricated house beams requires a series of rigorous steps. First, steel bars are placed in the mold. Steel bars serve as the skeleton of the prefabricated beams, enhancing their load-bearing capacity. Then, the steel bars are straightened to ensure their accurate positions within the beams and to fully exert their functions. Next, concrete pouring is carried out, where concrete is poured into the mold and leveled to make the concrete surface flat and ensure the appearance quality of the prefabricated beams. Finally, after the concrete has set, demolding is performed to obtain the formed prefabricated house beams.
