Prefabricated House Architectural Drawings

Admin 18 de septiembre de 2026

Prefabricated house architectural drawings encompass various types, and different treatments are applied to components during the production process to generate various types of drawings.

I. Common Types of Prefabricated House Architectural Drawings For an 8-story prefabricated assembled residential building, the structural construction drawings cover multiple aspects. The elevation view can visually display the appearance, height variations, and the arrangement of prefabricated components on each facade of the building. The floor plan presents the layout of each floor, including room distribution, wall positions, and the positioning of prefabricated components on the plane. The C-C section view shows the internal structural details of the building through sectioning at specific locations, such as the connections between floor slabs, beams, and columns. The prefabricated panel floor plan clearly indicates the laying positions and ranges of prefabricated panels on each floor. The south, north, east, and west elevation distribution views of prefabricated panels display the distribution of prefabricated panels on the building facades from different directions, helping to understand the coordination between the prefabricated panels and the overall appearance of the building.

II. Production of Architectural Drawings for Prefabricated Exterior Wall Components in Assembled Building Projects In the production of prefabricated exterior wall components for assembled building projects, due to issues related to model detail and computer hardware configuration, the same assembled component is divided into simplified and detailed components. Simplified components are mainly used for generating conventional plans and elevations in the project model. Through simplified components, vertical numbering drawings of prefabricated components can be generated, facilitating unified management and identification of prefabricated components. Detailed components are used for detailed design drawings and modeling, etc., and are placed in an independent project model for detailed drawing design. Using detailed components, detailed drawings of prefabricated exterior wall components can be produced, such as elevation details of components, which clearly display the detailed structures and decorative lines on the component surfaces. Section details can show the reinforcement layout and insulation layer settings inside the components. At the same time, embedded part location drawings can be produced, including a statistical table of metal embedded parts for diagonal braces, which can count the quantity and specifications of embedded parts; installation details of metal embedded parts for diagonal braces, which explain in detail the installation positions, dimensions, and methods of the embedded parts; and a statistical table of prefabricated exterior walls, which counts the specifications and quantities of prefabricated exterior walls, providing accurate references for construction and material procurement.
