Prefabricated Formwork for House Cement Boards
There are mainly two types of prefabricated formwork for house cement boards: non-removable cement board formwork and traditional prefabricated boards. There are numerous brands, core materials, shapes, and types of cement board prefabricated boards available for selection.

Non-removable Cement Board Formwork: It is used in the construction of the main structure of self-built houses and adopts a cast-in-place construction structure. As a non-removable formwork, it is added to the concrete to achieve full cast-in-place construction, with a thickness usually of just over one centimeter. The advantage of this formwork is that it does not need to be removed after construction, reducing construction procedures, improving construction efficiency, and to a certain extent, ensuring the integrity and stability of the building structure.
Traditional Prefabricated Boards: They were a commonly used floor form in early 20th-century buildings. They are concrete prefabricated components produced and processed at a prefabrication yard. During production, wooden boards are first used to make hollow molds. After arranging steel bars in the hollow part of the mold, the hollow part is filled with cement. After the cement dries, the wooden boards are knocked off to obtain the prefabricated boards. Prefabricated boards have a wide range of applications in the construction field, such as being used as covers for ditches beside highways and as insulation layers on roofs. However, with the development of construction technology, this method has gradually been phased out in modern house construction, and more advanced and safer structural forms such as frame structures and reinforced concrete structures are now used. This is because traditional prefabricated boards have certain deficiencies in terms of integrity and earthquake resistance, making it difficult to meet the safety and durability requirements of modern buildings.
Cement Board Prefabricated Boards: There are many brands on the market, such as Yongshi and Zhuolun. Their core materials mainly include cement and quartz sand, which ensure the strength and stability of the prefabricated boards. They come in various shapes such as rectangles and squares to meet different construction needs. At the same time, cement board prefabricated boards also offer a variety of flexural strengths for selection, allowing for reasonable selection according to specific usage scenarios and load-bearing requirements. In addition, non-removable formwork is also a type of cement board prefabricated board, providing more convenience for construction.
