With normal maintenance, its service life can exceed 15 years. It has good waterproof and sealing properties, using ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) sealing strips. The measured waterproof rating reaches IPX7, and during a continuous 72-hour spray test, the interior remains completely dry with no leakage points. The delivery cycle is short, with regular products taking only 7 days from order placement to on-site hoisting completion.
Commercial Startup and Operation Scenarios: It has strong customization capabilities, supporting full-chain customization from exterior painting and interior layout to insulation, soundproofing, and circuit installation. A complete plan can be provided within 72 hours after submitting customer drawings, and it takes only 5 days from order placement to opening for business. It offers high spatial flexibility, with prefabricated containers capable of being horizontally spliced to form a large space 12 meters wide without the need for additional reinforcement components. The cost is relatively low, with regular container shops costing about 4500 yuan per set, and the total investment including customization fees is less than 6000 yuan. Warehousing and Logistics Storage Scenarios: It has high transportation and loading efficiency.
