Prefabricated Container House Production

Admin 17 de septiembre de 2026

The production process of prefabricated container houses mainly includes five steps: floor manufacturing, wall manufacturing, wall and floor installation, roof installation, and interior equipment installation.

Floor Manufacturing: First, based on the floor made of poly-ink board, nail the floor slab to form a wooden frame, which provides basic structural support for the floor. Then, lay glass fiber as the floor insulation layer to effectively isolate heat transfer and enhance the house's thermal insulation performance. Subsequently, cover it with a layer of rough floor to increase the floor's flatness and stability. Apply tile adhesive with anti-freeze and anti-mold functions on the mesh-anchored floor to prepare for the subsequent laying of flooring materials. After applying the adhesive, lay vinyl flooring or other types of flooring according to requirements to complete the floor laying work.

Wall Manufacturing: On the prepared sol plate, nail a vertical post every 40 centimeters. These vertical posts form the basic framework of the wall. Use crossbars to reserve space for windows to ensure the house's lighting and ventilation. Then, use a large number of steel nails to reinforce the structural strength, making the wall more stable. After reinforcement, spray adhesive on the vertical posts and glue the plywood to the underside of the wall structure. After gluing, nail in steel nails to make it permanently secure, completing the wall manufacturing. Use the same process to manufacture the remaining walls to ensure the overall integrity and stability of the house.

Wall and Floor Installation: Stand the manufactured walls upright on the floor, ensuring that the underside of the plywood outer wall extends beyond the floor to provide coverage and sealing effects. Then, use adhesive to bond the walls to the floor and secure them firmly with a large number of steel nails to form a stable house structure.

Roof Installation: The roof is constructed in layers. First, lay a ceiling made of fiberboard to provide the basic roof structure. Then, cover it with a layer of plastic film barrier to prevent moisture penetration. Next, install the roof purlins. The edges of the roof purlins must be sloped for roof drainage and to reserve holes for electrical wires. Finally, frame the roof structure with墩板 (assuming this refers to some kind of support board, if not, please clarify) and lay electrical wires for power supply.

Interior Equipment Installation: Install glass fiber wool between the vertical posts to form a sound insulation layer, enhancing the house's sound insulation performance. After installation, lay a layer of plastic film as a barrier to prevent moisture intrusion. Then, install smooth wooden boards as wall panels to improve the house's aesthetics and comfort.
