Prefabricated Container House Panels

Admin 16 de septiembre de 2026

Prefabricated container house panels mainly include types such as aluminum-zinc color-coated steel composite insulation panels, polyurethane-edged sandwich panels, and CE-certified insulation sandwich color-coated steel panels.

Aluminum-zinc color-coated steel composite insulation panels: These panels are commonly used for the wall panels of Apple Pods. They feature an aluminum-zinc color-coated steel surface layer combined with insulation materials such as rock wool, glass wool, or polyurethane. This structure combines the strength of metal panels with the thermal insulation properties of the insulation materials, effectively blocking heat transfer and enhancing the insulation effect of the house. Additionally, aluminum-zinc color-coated steel is corrosion-resistant and weather-resistant, extending the lifespan of the panels. The walls typically adopt a composite sandwich panel structure, with two layers of metal panels sandwiching insulation material, further enhancing thermal insulation. Furthermore, the glass sections use insulated tempered glass, with the hollow structure effectively reducing heat conduction and the tempered glass improving safety and impact resistance, suitable for areas requiring natural light and high safety standards.

Polyurethane-edged sandwich panels: These panel container houses are of high quality and have a lifespan of up to 30 years. Polyurethane is an excellent insulation material with advantages such as low thermal conductivity, high strength, and low water absorption. Polyurethane-edged sandwich panels use polyurethane as the core material, with metal panels (such as color-coated steel) on both sides for edging, forming an integrated structure. These panels not only have good insulation properties but also are structurally stable, capable of withstanding certain external impacts, suitable for container houses with high requirements for insulation and structural strength.

CE-certified insulation sandwich color-coated steel panel container houses: These container mobile homes use CE-certified insulation sandwich color-coated steel panels. CE certification indicates that the product meets relevant European standards, providing certain guarantees in terms of quality and safety. Insulation sandwich color-coated steel panels are typically composed of two layers of color-coated steel with insulation material in between, with the insulation material selectable based on needs, such as rock wool, glass wool, or polyurethane. These panels are easy to install and dismantle, facilitating the assembly and relocation of container houses, suitable for temporary buildings, construction site dormitories, and other scenarios.
