Prefabricated Concrete House Production

Admin 18 de septiembre de 2026

The production of prefabricated concrete houses mainly consists of three stages: factory prefabrication of components, on-site construction preparation, and transportation and assembly of components.

Factory prefabrication of components: The main body of the house is prefabricated by pouring concrete components in a factory. Workers first assemble metal steel plates into molds required for pouring prefabricated concrete components using bolt connectors. They then spray a release agent on the surface of the molds to prevent the concrete from adhering to them. Next, steel bars are placed crosswise in the molds and tied into a mesh framework with steel wires. Two layers of steel bar meshes are tied to enhance the tensile strength of the concrete. Several connectors are placed symmetrically inside the steel bar meshes to serve as connection points between the concrete components and cranes. After that, the concrete from the concrete mixer truck is filled into the molds. During pouring, vibrators are used to vibrate the concrete to remove air bubbles and improve its quality and durability. Once the concrete is poured and the surface is smoothed, it is covered with a plastic greenhouse to protect it from rain and snow. Heating devices are installed inside the greenhouse to ensure and promote the cement hydration reaction, thereby improving the quality of the concrete components.

On-site construction preparation: Similar to general house construction, a foundation needs to be laid before building a prefabricated concrete house. Workers dig a pit about 1 meter deep at the site of the house. A moisture-proof PE film is laid at the bottom of the pit to prevent moisture from rising and affecting the quality of the house. Then, "discarded concrete" (waste concrete materials generated from construction and demolition activities) is poured into the bottom of the pit as the foundation of the entire house. After this layer of discarded concrete, which is more than 10 cm thick, has completely solidified, guide steel plates for positioning the prefabricated concrete piles are installed on it. The large prefabricated concrete base plate, which serves as the foundation of the entire house, is placed on the guide steel plates.

Transportation and assembly of components: After all the prefabricated concrete components required for building the house are poured, they are transported to the construction site for house construction. Modular construction breaks down the building into independent modules, which are manufactured in the factory and then transported to the construction site for assembly. The ceiling, floor, water and electricity pipelines, etc., of the house are all prefabricated on the factory assembly line and then transported to the site for assembly like building blocks. Each "block" has a detailed "ID card", including the project name, product model, and production date, which facilitates construction management and quality traceability.
