Prefabricated Concrete House
Prefabricated concrete houses are prefabricated reinforced concrete houses assembled on-site from core components prefabricated in factories, featuring high efficiency, cost-effectiveness, environmental friendliness, reliability, and flexibility.

High Construction Efficiency: Prefabricated concrete houses adopt a factory-based production model, where core components such as walls, floors, beams, and columns are cast in one go using high-precision molds. A single 30㎡ module can be prefabricated in the factory in just 7 days. After being transported to the site, three workers, with the assistance of a crane, can complete the installation of a single module in 4 hours. For a 100㎡ house, the entire construction process takes only 2 days, significantly shortening the construction period and making it particularly suitable for projects with tight deadlines.
Lower Cost: Compared to traditional brick-and-mortar structures, prefabricated concrete houses offer significant advantages in terms of material and labor costs. For example, for a 120㎡ self-built rural house, the cost of a traditional brick-and-mortar structure is approximately 180,000 to 220,000 yuan (including labor), while the cost of the main modules of a concrete house is only 120,000 to 150,000 yuan. With interior and exterior decoration included, the total cost can be controlled within 200,000 yuan, representing a comprehensive cost reduction of about 30%. Additionally, reports from some regions indicate that the unit price of concrete houses can be as low as over 300 yuan/㎡, with a 200㎡ main structure in Sichuan costing only 110,000 yuan, further demonstrating their cost-effectiveness.
Good Environmental Performance: Factory-based production enables full process control, with a 95% recovery rate for offcuts. There is no dust or sewage discharge at the construction site, and construction waste is only 10% of that from traditional house construction. Environmentally friendly concrete and water-based paints are used, with formaldehyde emissions ≤0.05mg/m³, well below the national standard (0.1mg/m³), truly achieving 'move-in ready' and aligning with green building concepts.
Quality Assurance: Prefabricated concrete houses use C30-C40 grade concrete with built-in Φ8-Φ12 steel reinforcement mesh, achieving a compressive strength of 25-30MPa, 1.5 times that of traditional brick-and-mortar structures. The walls are pre-slotted for EPS insulation layers, which, when inserted on-site, improve thermal insulation by 40%, providing significant warmth in winter and coolness in summer. The modules are connected using pre-stressed bolts and welded steel plates to form an integrated frame, with a wind resistance rating of up to Level 10 and a seismic fortification intensity of 7 degrees (equivalent to the destructive force of the Wenchuan earthquake). Some responsible parties state that the warranty can last up to 70 years.
Flexible Layout: The standard module size is 6m×3m×3m (length, width, height), allowing for free combination of layouts through horizontal splicing or vertical stacking (up to 3 floors). For example, a self-built rural house can be constructed using three modules to form a 90㎡ two-bedroom, one-living room layout with an independent kitchen and bathroom; a cultural tourism homestay can be constructed using six modules to form a 180㎡ LOFT structure with a large terrace and floor-to-ceiling windows, meeting diverse needs.
