Prefabricated Concrete House

Admin 18 de septiembre de 2026

The prefabricated concrete house is an assembled house centered around prefabricated reinforced concrete modules, utilizing factory production and modular assembly methods. It offers advantages such as fast construction, low cost, safety, and environmental protection, but also has the drawback of high customization costs for shapes.

Core Process and Characteristics
This house prefabricates core components such as walls, floors, beams, and columns in a factory using high-precision molds. Each module integrates a steel reinforcement framework, insulation layer, waterproof layer, and pre-embedded piping. On-site, they are connected into a whole using prestressed bolts and welded steel plates, allowing flexible combination like 'building blocks'.

Main Advantages

  1. Fast Construction Speed: A single 30㎡ module takes only 7 days to prefabricate in the factory, with extremely high on-site installation efficiency. For example, three workers with a crane can complete the installation of a single module in 4 hours, the overall construction of a 100㎡ house takes only 2 days, and the main structure of a 200㎡ villa can be completed in 4 hours, saving 90% of the time compared to traditional construction.
  2. Lower Cost: Taking a 120㎡ self-built rural house as an example, the cost of a traditional brick-and-mortar structure is approximately 180,000 to 220,000 yuan, while the cost of the main modules of a concrete house is only 120,000 to 150,000 yuan, reducing the overall cost by 30%. A 100㎡ house can be completed for 100,000 to 120,000 yuan, with a cost of about 300 yuan per square meter. If a leasing model is chosen, the annual rent can be as low as 5,000 yuan per room, further lowering the usage threshold.
  3. Good Safety Performance: Using C30-C40 grade concrete with built-in Φ8-Φ12 steel reinforcement mesh, the compressive strength reaches 25-30MPa, which is 1.5 times that of traditional brick-and-mortar structures. It has a wind resistance rating of 10 and an earthquake resistance seismic intensity of 7 degrees, and can withstand typhoons of up to level 12 in actual tests. During the Jishishan earthquake in Gansu, 2,000 resettlement houses were built in 72 hours, and simulation tests showed that the houses only shifted by 3 centimeters.
  4. Green and Environmentally Friendly: Factory production achieves a 95% recycling rate of offcuts, with no dust or sewage discharge on the construction site, and construction waste is only 10% of that of traditional house building. Environmentally friendly concrete and water-based paints are used, with formaldehyde emissions ≤0.05mg/m³, far below the national standard (0.1mg/m³), enabling 'immediate occupancy upon installation'.
  5. Good Energy Efficiency: The walls have pre-reserved slots for EPS insulation layers, which, when inserted, improve thermal insulation performance by 40%, reducing winter heating costs by half.

Precautions
If custom non-standard shapes such as rounded balconies are required, an additional 20% fee will be charged. When purchasing, choose reputable brands like Broad Homes to ensure a 70-year warranty and seismic report, with the total package price controlled within 150,000 yuan.
