Images of Prefabricated Components for House Construction

Admin 18 de septiembre de 2026

Currently, images of prefabricated components for house construction cannot be directly provided, but a detailed introduction to the types and characteristics of prefabricated components can be given to help understand their appearance and application scenarios.

Prefabricated components are the core products of modern construction industrialization. They are produced in factories according to standardized processes and then transported to construction sites for assembly, offering advantages such as stable quality, efficient construction, and environmental protection and energy conservation. There are various types of prefabricated components, and the common classifications are as follows:

1. Structural Prefabricated Components

  • Prefabricated Concrete Beams/Columns: These usually have rectangular or I-shaped cross-sections, with smooth surfaces. They may be equipped with steel bars or prestressed steel strands inside. For example, the cross-sectional dimensions of prefabricated concrete columns are mostly from 300mm×300mm to 600mm×600mm, and their heights are customized according to floor requirements. The exposed ends of steel bars on the surface are used for on-site connections.
  • Prefabricated Concrete Floor Slabs: These include hollow slabs, solid slabs, and double-T slabs. Hollow slabs have multiple holes inside to reduce their self-weight. Solid slabs are used in areas with high load-bearing requirements. Double-T slabs, named for their T-shaped cross-sections, can have spans of over 18 meters and are often used in large-space buildings.

2. Enclosure Prefabricated Components

  • Prefabricated Exterior Wall Panels: These integrate structure, insulation, and decoration. Their surfaces can imitate stone, brick, or wood textures, and come in a variety of colors. For example, sandwich insulation exterior wall panels are composed of an inner leaf panel, an insulation layer, and an outer leaf panel, with a typical thickness of 200mm to 300mm, and are fixed by connectors.
  • Prefabricated Interior Wall Panels: These are mainly made of lightweight materials such as aerated concrete panels and ceramsite concrete panels, with thicknesses mostly ranging from 90mm to 120mm. Their surfaces are flat and can be directly plastered.

3. Functional Prefabricated Components

  • Prefabricated Stairs: These are mostly integral or segmented, with non-slip treatments on the tread surfaces and reserved installation holes on the sides. For example, the number of treads in a straight-run staircase is calculated according to the floor height, and the width of the staircase section is usually from 1.1 meters to 1.4 meters.
  • Prefabricated Balconies: These include cantilevered and beam-slab types. Their surfaces can integrate railings or decorative lines, and their bottoms are often designed with hollow or decorative shapes to enhance the building facade effect.

4. Special Components

  • Prefabricated Utility Tunnels: These are used for the centralized laying of underground municipal pipelines. Their cross-sections are mostly rectangular or circular, with reserved spaces for pipeline installation inside. Their surfaces are waterproofed, and their service lives can exceed 100 years.
  • Prefabricated Bridge Components: Such as prefabricated box girders and T-beams, which can have spans of over 40 meters. Their load-bearing capacity is improved through prestressing technology, and the exposed ends of corrugated pipes or steel strands can be seen on their surfaces.

If specific images are required, it is recommended to search through architectural design specification atlases, the official websites of prefabricated component manufacturers, or professional architectural databases (such as the National Architectural Standard Design Atlas and CNKI), which usually provide detailed component dimensions, node details, and installation diagrams.
