Tools for Prefabricated Component Houses

Admin 18 de septiembre de 2026

The tools required for prefabricated component houses can be divided into four categories based on the production process: material preparation, forming, curing, and transportation. The specific tools and their functions are as follows:

Material Preparation Tools

Material preparation is the foundation of prefabricated component production, requiring precise quality and proportioning of raw materials.

  • Sand and Gravel Processing Equipment: This includes jaw crushers and cone crushers for crushing large mountain stones; vibrating screens for classifying and screening sand and gravel of different particle sizes; and sand washers for cleaning sand and gravel to remove impurities such as soil and dust, ensuring the cleanliness of the aggregates.
  • Cementitious Material Storage Equipment: Bulk cement silos store bulk cement, with screw conveyors transporting the cement to the mixing host; fly ash and mineral powder storage silos are used for storing mineral admixtures, and precise feeding is achieved through conveying systems.
  • Concrete Mixing and Metering Equipment: Forced concrete mixers (such as the JS series) or HZS series concrete mixing plants ensure uniform mixing of concrete; PLD series batching machines accurately meter the feeding amounts of sand, cement, water, and admixtures, avoiding proportioning deviations that could affect the strength of the components.

Prefabricated Forming Tools

The forming process involves shaping the components and creating their internal structures using molds, steel bar processing equipment, and vibration equipment.

  • Custom Steel Formwork System: Assembled steel formwork is customized to standard sizes, including wall panels, roof panels, and foundation bottom molds, with built-in splicing buckles and mold release agent application interfaces; vibration equipment (such as φ30/φ50 immersion vibrators and flat vibrators) removes air bubbles from the concrete, ensuring the density of the components.
  • Steel Bar Processing Tools: Steel bar straightening machines, cutters, and benders are used for processing load-bearing steel bars to create steel bar meshes and frameworks; welders and binding hooks secure the connection points of the steel bars, ensuring the framework strength meets design requirements.
  • Electric Tool Set: Includes concrete vibrators with a power of over 3.5kw, 12v portable steel bar benders, and multi-functional angle grinders, which enhance the efficiency of concrete vibration and the flexibility of steel bar processing.

Curing Equipment

Curing is crucial for ensuring the development of concrete strength, and the appropriate method must be selected based on environmental conditions.

  • Natural Curing Accessories: Watering trucks, geotextiles, or thermal insulation blankets are used for moisture-retaining curing under normal temperature conditions, preventing surface cracking of the concrete.
  • Steam Curing System: Composed of a steam generator, thermal insulation shed, and spray pipes, it accelerates the early strength development of concrete, suitable for winter or urgent construction scenarios; dedicated personnel must monitor the steam pressure and ambient temperature to avoid scalding or overpressure risks, while using concrete thermometers to monitor the temperature difference between the interior and surface of the concrete to prevent cracking.

Transportation and Finishing Tools

The transportation and finishing processes ensure the safe handling of components and the achievement of surface quality standards.

  • Lifting Equipment: 1-10t forklifts and gantry cranes are used for lifting prefabricated components or transporting entire houses, requiring certified operators and strictly prohibiting overloading.
  • Small-scale Handling Tools: Chain blocks and jacks are used for demolding components or making minor adjustments to their positions.
  • Surface Treatment Tools: Electric trowels and manual trowels are used for finishing the surface flatness of components; diamond cutters are used for later cutting of door and window openings and pipeline holes; laser levels and 5m steel tapes are used for angle calibration and dimension control during construction.
