Prefabricated Cement Outdoor House Structure
Admin 18 de septiembre de 2026
Prefabricated cement outdoor house structures are mainly divided into two types: prefabricated reinforced concrete houses and traditional prefabricated cement panel houses. There are significant differences between the two in terms of technical principles, performance, and application scenarios.

Prefabricated Reinforced Concrete Houses
- Technical Principles: Adopting the "factory prefabrication + on-site assembly" model, core components such as walls, floors, beams, and columns are cast in one piece at a specialized production base using high-precision molds. Each module integrates a steel reinforcement framework, insulation layer, waterproof layer, and pre-embedded piping system, achieving an integrated design of structure and function.
- Materials and Performance: Using C30-C40 grade concrete with built-in Φ8-Φ12 steel reinforcement mesh, the compressive strength reaches 25-30MPa, which is 1.5 times that of traditional brick-and-mortar structures. The walls have reserved slots for EPS insulation layers, and when embedded on-site, the thermal insulation performance improves by 40%. The modules are connected through prestressed bolts and welded steel plates, forming an overall frame structure with a wind resistance rating of Level 10 and a seismic fortification intensity of 7 degrees, capable of withstanding moderate-intensity earthquakes.
- Application Scenarios: Due to their structural safety, efficient construction, and high functional integration, they are widely used in rural self-built houses, commercial spaces, cultural and tourism projects, and other fields with high requirements for durability and comfort.
Traditional Prefabricated Cement Panel Houses
- Structural Characteristics: Using prefabricated floor slabs as the core components, they are processed in factories and then transported to the site for splicing and installation, mainly used for floor partitions, roof panels, and other parts, bearing the load-bearing function. However, there are gaps at the edges of the panels, which need to be filled with mortar.
- Safety Hazards: Due to the limitations of the splicing process, the sound insulation ability is extremely poor, and water leakage problems are common. The overall structural integrity is weak, and in the event of an earthquake, the house is prone to collapse due to panel displacement, with significantly lower safety than prefabricated structures.
- Cost and Efficiency: They are inexpensive to construct, with a simple construction process that can significantly shorten the construction period. They are suitable for temporary buildings or low-requirement scenarios that are sensitive to cost and for short-term use, but the long-term maintenance costs are relatively high.
Summary: Prefabricated reinforced concrete houses, with their advantages of industrial production, excel in safety, durability, and functionality, making them the mainstream choice for modern outdoor houses. Traditional prefabricated cement panel houses, although low in cost and quick in construction, have structural defects and require careful evaluation of the application scenarios.
