Finished Sizes of Prefabricated Cement Houses

Admin 18 de septiembre de 2026

The finished sizes of prefabricated cement houses are mainly divided into two categories: standard sizes and custom sizes, as detailed below:

I. Standard Sizes
The standard sizes of prefabricated cement houses are designed based on application scenarios, offering versatility and cost-effectiveness. Common specifications include:

  1. 3m × 6m: Suitable for small temporary structures such as construction site offices, duty rooms, or temporary storage. These dimensions facilitate quick assembly and relocation, meeting short-term usage needs.
  2. 4m × 8m: Often used for rural self-built houses, storage facilities, or small shops. Their flexible spatial layout accommodates basic living or commercial functions, making them suitable for long-term use.
  3. 5m × 10m: Ideal for family homes, community centers, or commercial buildings. The larger area supports multi-room designs, meeting residential or public activity requirements.

II. Custom Sizes
Custom sizes are adjusted according to user needs, covering width, length, and other parameters, offering greater flexibility:

  1. Width:
    • The conventional range is from 3m to 4m, increasing in increments of 10cm (e.g., 3.1m, 3.2m, etc.).
    • Special requirements can exceed conventional limits, such as widths of 7.2m or 7.6m.
    • The maximum width for single-story, double-story, and triple-story prefabricated cement houses is 12m, suitable for large public buildings or industrial facilities.
  2. Length:
    • Can be flexibly adjusted based on site conditions, such as 6.6m (outer diameter). Some projects support longer custom lengths to meet specific site requirements.
    • The length range for single-story prefabricated cement houses is from 3m to longer (customized as needed); double-story lengths are typically 5m; triple-story lengths are 7m.
  3. Other Parameters:
    • Height: Can be customized based on the number of stories and functional requirements, such as height differences between single-story and double-story structures.
    • Number of Stories: Supports single-story, double-story, or triple-story designs, adapting to different usage scenarios (e.g., residential, office, or storage).

III. Selection Recommendations
Standard sizes are suitable for scenarios with limited budgets or general needs, enabling quick delivery and cost reduction. Custom sizes are ideal for projects with special site conditions, complex functions, or high spatial requirements, but they require additional design time and costs. Users should comprehensively evaluate based on actual usage, site conditions, and budget to select the most appropriate size solution.
