Prefabricated Cement House Finished Process
The prefabricated cement house finished process mainly includes four stages: design, production, transportation, and assembly.

Design Stage: Designers need to comprehensively consider various factors such as customer requirements, terrain conditions, and climatic characteristics. They use modern architectural design software to carry out design work. Through precise data analysis and simulation, a scientific and reasonable design plan that meets actual needs is formulated, providing a clear and accurate guiding blueprint for subsequent production and construction.
Production Stage: In the factory, prefabricated components are made according to the design drawings. Using specialized molds and advanced machinery, various components such as walls, floors, and roofs are produced. In terms of material selection, cement must be P.O42.5 cement that meets national standards and should be fresh and free of lumps. For aggregates, the mud content of medium-grained sand should not exceed 3%, and the flakiness content of crushed stones should not exceed 15%. Cement prefabricated parts need to pass factory inspections and have a flat surface without cracks. At the same time, according to actual needs, early-strength agents, water-reducing agents, and other admixtures can be reasonably selected, and these admixtures must comply with national standards. In addition, the quality of joint materials such as cement mortar and waterproof materials also needs to be strictly controlled. Through strict quality control, the dimensions of each prefabricated component are precise and the quality meets the standards.
Transportation Stage: After the production of prefabricated components is completed, they need to be transported to the construction site using specialized transportation tools. During transportation, great attention should be paid to the protection measures for the components. Effective anti-vibration and anti-collision measures should be taken to prevent the components from being damaged and ensure that they arrive at the construction site intact, laying the foundation for subsequent assembly work.
Assembly Stage: At the construction site, workers assemble the transported prefabricated components in an orderly manner according to the requirements of the design drawings. Usually, methods such as bolt connection and welding are used to firmly fix the various components together to form a complete house structure. During the assembly process, it is necessary to strictly follow construction specifications and operating procedures to ensure the structural safety and stability of the house.
