Assembly Process of Prefabricated Cement Houses
The assembly process of prefabricated cement houses mainly includes four steps: preparation stage, foundation treatment, component lifting and connection, and post-processing.

Preparation Stage: This stage is the foundation of the entire assembly process. It is necessary to ensure that the dimensions, specifications, and strength of all prefabricated components strictly comply with the design requirements. Carefully check whether the positions and quantities of reserved sleeves and reinforcing bars are consistent with the design drawings, which is crucial for ensuring the firmness of subsequent connections. At the same time, prepare materials required for assembly, such as cement mortar, as well as lifting equipment and measuring tools to ensure smooth construction.
Foundation Treatment: It is crucial to carry out foundation treatment at the selected location. First, level and clean the foundation, such as using an excavator to clean and level the homestead, and covering the soil surface with polypropylene film to isolate moisture and prevent the foundation from being affected by dampness and affecting its stability. Then, pump concrete into the foundation pit through a conveying pump. After the cement dries, insert bolts to fix the right-angle brackets. After that, use trucks to transport cement piers and use a crane to fix them one by one in the planned area, and then install the ground beams. As connectors between cement piers, ground beams can strengthen the structural strength and distribute the overall weight. Fill the connection gaps and holes completely. Finally, use the previously excavated soil to backfill the foundation pit and compact it firmly, and lay polypropylene film on the soil surface again.
Component Lifting and Connection: Position and assemble various components, such as columns, beams, and slabs, in a sequential manner. Bolt connection or sleeve grouting can be used to enhance the firmness of the overall structure. Prefabricated cement slab components are transported to the homestead and assembled by workers with the assistance of a crane. These prefabricated components are manufactured in factories through precise calculations using molds, ensuring the accuracy and quality of the components.
Post-Processing: Check the appearance of the entire house, clean up excess materials, and keep it clean and aesthetically pleasing before it can be put into use. In addition, during the assembly process, some areas will also undergo special treatment, such as neatly stacking rectangular foam boards in the foundation pit to improve the thermal insulation effect of the house and act as a buffer, and then pouring the first-floor ground.
