Prefabricated Block House Reinforcement

Admin 18 de septiembre de 2026

The methods for reinforcing prefabricated block houses mainly include foundation reinforcement, structural reinforcement, frame reinforcement, seismic isolation reinforcement, steel bar reinforcement, increasing floor slab section reinforcement, carbon fiber sheet bonding reinforcement, pouring reinforced concrete composite layers, and adding reinforced concrete sandwich walls, etc..

  1. Foundation Reinforcement: Enhance the bearing capacity of the foundation by increasing its size, deepening its depth, and adding steel bar meshes. Additionally, reinforcement agents or foundation sealing materials can be added to improve the foundation's seismic performance and ensure the stability of the house during natural disasters such as earthquakes.
  2. Structural Reinforcement: Install steel beams, steel columns, steel plates, etc., at key locations such as walls, stairs, and roofs to increase the overall strength and stiffness of the house. Furthermore, injecting reinforced concrete into the walls can effectively enhance their seismic resistance and improve the structural safety of the house.
  3. Frame Reinforcement: Install metal frames on the exterior walls of the house to enhance its overall strength and stability. In frame structures, reinforcement agents or sealing materials can also be added to further improve the frame's seismic performance and provide more reliable support for the house.
  4. Seismic Isolation Reinforcement: Install seismic isolation devices, such as spring isolators and rubber isolators, in the foundation or structure of the prefabricated block house. These devices can effectively reduce the impact of earthquakes on the building, lower the horizontal and vertical seismic forces generated by earthquakes, thereby reducing the vibration of the house and protecting its structural safety.
  5. Steel Bar Reinforcement: Reinforce key locations of the house, such as walls, stairs, and beams and columns, by adding steel bars. This method can significantly improve the overall strength and stability of the house and enhance its disaster resistance.
  6. Increasing Floor Slab Section Reinforcement: Add a reinforced concrete adhesive layer with a thickness of no less than 40 millimeters on the surface and bottom of the prefabricated floor slab to improve its bearing capacity and ensure its safety when bearing heavy objects or personnel activities.
  7. Carbon Fiber Sheet Bonding Reinforcement: Bond carbon fiber sheets along the direction of the prefabricated floor slab at the tensioned parts and set anchor points at the top. Carbon fiber sheets have high strength and light weight, effectively improving the bearing capacity of the floor slab.
  8. Pouring Reinforced Concrete Composite Layers: After cleaning the dust on the surface of the prefabricated plates, lay steel bar meshes and pour fine aggregate concrete to connect the originally independent prefabricated plates into a whole, enhancing the overall stiffness of the roof.
  9. Adding Reinforced Concrete Sandwich Walls: Add reinforced concrete sandwich walls on the inner and outer sides of the walls of the prefabricated block house, providing the old walls with a reinforced concrete 'coat' to enhance their bearing capacity.
