Prefabricated Assembled House Design Plan
Admin 19 de septiembre de 2026
The prefabricated assembled house design plan covers five key stages: design, production, transportation, installation, and quality control. Each stage must work in harmony to ensure the safe, efficient, and environmentally friendly construction of the house.

Design Phase
- Design Principles: It should meet the functional requirements of the building, ensuring structural safety and stability; adhere to green building concepts to reduce energy consumption; consider the convenience of construction, transportation, and installation to improve efficiency; and adapt to industrial production for standardized and modular design.
- Design Content: This includes architectural floor plan design, determining the layout based on function; architectural facade design, focusing on aesthetics and coordination while complying with urban planning; structural design using prefabricated assembled structures; equipment selection based on functional requirements; and material selection with an emphasis on environmental protection, energy efficiency, and high performance.
Production Phase
- Production Process: First, produce prefabricated components according to design drawings; then assemble the components to form the main structure of the house; next, inspect the components to ensure they meet design requirements; finally, package the components for easy transportation.
- Production Requirements: Prefabricated components should have accurate dimensions, smooth surfaces, and be free from defects such as cracks, honeycombs, and pockmarks; connection nodes should be reasonably designed with sufficient connection strength; and the production process should comply with relevant national standards.
Transportation Phase
- Transportation Methods: Use flatbed trucks, trailers, and other transportation tools, selecting the appropriate method based on transportation distance and road conditions to ensure the safe transportation of prefabricated components.
- Transportation Requirements: Ensure that components are not damaged during transportation; avoid congested and construction areas when planning transportation routes; and maintain transportation vehicles in good condition.
Installation Phase
- Installation Process: First, prepare the site by clearing the area; then lift the components to their designated positions using cranes and other equipment; next, connect the components according to design requirements; adjust the components to ensure the stability of the house structure; and finally, conduct acceptance inspections to ensure compliance with design requirements.
- Installation Requirements: Avoid damaging components during the installation process; ensure installation quality meets relevant national standards; and pay attention to safety protection.
Quality Control
- Design Phase: Review design drawings to ensure rationality and safety; train designers to improve their design skills.
- Production Phase: Monitor the production process of prefabricated components and inspect whether they meet design requirements.
- Transportation Phase: Monitor the transportation process and inspect transportation vehicles to ensure the safe transportation of components.
- Installation Phase: Monitor the installation process and conduct acceptance inspections on the completed house to ensure compliance with design requirements.
