Pouring Mobile Toilet

Admin 20 de septiembre de 2026

For long-term fixed-point use of mobile toilets in Inner Mongolia, it is necessary to pour a concrete foundation and pay attention to its modular construction characteristics.

I. Construction Requirements for Concrete Foundations
In Inner Mongolia, where the climate is dry and there are large temperature differences between day and night, mobile toilets used for long-term fixed points require a concrete foundation to ensure stability. The foundation size should be wider than the mobile toilet cabinet, typically extending 10-15 centimeters on each side to distribute the load and prevent edge settlement of the cabinet. The foundation surface should have a reserved drainage slope, with a recommended gradient of 1%-2%, sloping towards the toilet drainage outlet to avoid water accumulation causing foundation frost heave or corrosion. The concrete strength grade should generally be no less than C20, and the thickness should be adjusted according to geological conditions, increasing to 20-30 centimeters for soft soil foundations and appropriately reducing for hard ground. During construction, it is necessary to vibrate and compact the concrete thoroughly, with a surface flatness error controlled within ±5 millimeters to prevent structural safety issues of the toilet due to foundation deformation.

II. Modular Composition of Mobile Toilets
Mobile toilets are composed of factory-prefabricated modular components, mainly including fecal sewage storage tanks (or disposal units), floor slabs, sanitary fixtures, walls, washing equipment, water tanks, roofs, and mobile devices. The fecal sewage storage tank is made of high-density polyethylene or fiberglass-reinforced plastic, which is corrosion-resistant and highly sealed, with a capacity designed according to the number of users, typically ranging from 0.5 to 2 cubic meters. The walls are mostly lightweight composite panels or metal sandwich panels, with a thickness of 5-8 centimeters, providing both thermal insulation and fire resistance. The roof is made of waterproof color steel plates or sunshine boards, with a slope design that takes into account both drainage and wind resistance. The mobile device includes adjustable feet or wheeled chassis, facilitating fine-tuning of the level after positioning or short-term relocation.

III. Installation Methods and Cycle Advantages
There are two installation modes for mobile toilets in Inner Mongolia:

  1. Semi-finished Assembly: After pouring the foundation on-site, prefabricated modules (such as walls and roofs) are hoisted and fixed together, and then the water and electricity pipelines are connected for immediate use. This method takes 1-2 days to complete and is suitable for scenarios with high customization requirements.
  2. Overall Finished Product Installation: The factory completes the assembly of all components, and after transportation to the site, only立柱 (uprights) need to be installed and fixed together, similar to 'building blocks', and it can be put into use within 2-4 hours. This method does not require on-site civil engineering, significantly shortening the implementation cycle, and is especially suitable for emergency or temporary use scenarios.

Modular production allows for batch prefabrication of toilet components, ensuring high quality controllability. Additionally, damaged modules can be replaced individually during later maintenance, reducing long-term use costs.
