Portable Toilet Manufacturing
There are mainly two practical ways to manufacture portable toilets:

Making Portable Toilets Using Water Storage Barrels
Water storage barrels are a common basic material for making simple portable toilets. First, it is necessary to select a water storage barrel with an appropriate capacity and material. Generally, it should be sturdy, durable, and well-sealed to prevent sewage leakage. The water storage barrel should be appropriately modified by creating an opening at a suitable position on the barrel body for the entry of excrement. The opening size should be moderate, facilitating the smooth entry of excrement while preventing excessive odor emission. At the same time, a lid with a toilet seat should be placed on top of the barrel. The size of the toilet seat should conform to ergonomic principles to ensure comfort during use. To enhance the user experience, some soft materials such as sponge pads can be added around the toilet seat. In addition, to facilitate the movement of the water storage barrel, handles can be installed on both sides of the barrel. The material of the handles should be sturdy enough to bear the weight of the full barrel. This manufacturing method has a relatively low cost and is relatively simple to operate, making it suitable for use in temporary locations or environments with relatively low hygiene requirements.
Making Portable Toilets Using Water Storage Tanks and Pallets
This method is relatively more complex and stable. First, prepare a water storage tank of an appropriate size. Its capacity should be determined according to the expected number of users and usage time to ensure that it can store enough sewage. Then, make a pallet. The material of the pallet can be wood or metal, and it should have sufficient strength to support the water storage tank and other facilities. Fix the water storage tank onto the pallet using methods such as bolt connections to ensure that the water storage tank does not shake or fall off during movement. Fix universal wheels at the four corners of the bottom of the pallet. The universal wheels should be of good quality and flexible in rotation, allowing the portable toilet to be easily moved on various ground surfaces. In addition, a simple frame structure needs to be built on the pallet for installing facilities such as a toilet seat and a water tank. The choice of the toilet seat should conform to human usage habits, and the water tank can be selected as a manual flushing or automatic flushing device according to needs. Portable toilets made using this manufacturing method have a relatively stable structure and relatively complete functions, making them suitable for use in locations with relatively high hygiene requirements and long usage times.
