Portable Assembled Toilet Shed

Admin 05 de octubre de 2026

Portable assembled toilet sheds come in various types and offer flexible setup and diverse functions.

Common Types

  • Tent-style Toilets: These use tents as the main structure, allowing for flexible setup and dismantling. During the commemoration of the 80th anniversary of the victory of the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and World Anti-Fascist War on September 3, 2025, such toilets were installed in crowded areas such as the east side of the Great Hall of the People and the west side of the National Museum of China. The tent-style temporary toilets in the Tiananmen area have also been upgraded, adding barrier-free restrooms and improving privacy protection and odor control.
  • Single-unit Mobile Toilets: These consist of a single compartment and are suitable for places with dispersed foot traffic. Their relatively simple structure meets basic restroom needs and offers flexibility in spatial utilization, allowing for arrangement based on actual site conditions.
  • Modular Mobile Toilets: These are formed by modular assembly to create multiple toilet stalls and can even be equipped with sinks, urinals, and other facilities. This type of toilet offers more comprehensive functions and can meet the needs of large crowds, often used in large events and construction sites.

Structure and Materials

Portable assembled toilet sheds typically use steel structures as the main framework, which provides high strength and good stability, ensuring the overall robustness of the toilet shed. Exterior wall materials can include galvanized steel sheets, stainless steel sheets, aluminum sheets, or metal carved panels, all of which offer corrosion resistance and aesthetic appeal. Internally, rock wool or polyurethane is commonly used for thermal insulation, effectively regulating the temperature inside the toilet shed and enhancing comfort. The floor is usually laid with anti-slip flooring and paired with a waterproof layer to prevent slips or damage to toilet facilities due to wet or waterlogged floors. Doors and windows often use aluminum alloy profiles with insulated tempered glass, ensuring both durability and good sound and thermal insulation.

Customization Services

Customization services typically begin with a discussion of requirements, including determining dimensions and layout, door and window positions and opening methods, internal electrical configurations (such as sockets, lighting, and air conditioning provisions), as well as exterior color and logo design. The production cycle generally ranges from 7 to 15 days, depending on the complexity of the plan. After prefabrication, the product is transported to the site in whole or modular form. With only basic leveling required, it can be hoisted or assembled on-site and quickly put into use after connecting to water and electricity supplies.
