Self-Installation of Plastic Mobile Toilet

Admin 28 de septiembre de 2026

The installation of a plastic mobile toilet can be carried out by referring to the following steps, taking the Behao BH132(PP) mobile toilet as an example and combining it with general installation logic:

1. Pre-installation Preparation After receiving the package, first check whether all the accessories are complete, including the upper body of the toilet (including the toilet lid and seat ring), the lower body, anti-slip strips, and the instruction manual. For the Behao BH132 model, ensure that the buckle structure is intact; for general models, check whether screws and connecting parts are missing. It is recommended to shoot an unboxing video for subsequent after-sales rights protection.

2. Main Body Assembly

  • Behao BH132 model: Align the upper body and the lower body with the buckles, directly snap them together and press down firmly to ensure that the buckles are fully embedded and avoid looseness.
  • General models: If fixed with screws, align the upper and lower bodies according to the instruction manual, and tighten the screws at the connecting parts with a screwdriver. Pay attention to applying even force to prevent the plastic from cracking.

3. Anti-slip Treatment The Behao BH132 has four arc-shaped anti-slip strips pre-installed at the bottom. After installation, check whether they fit closely with the ground. Especially when used on tiled or smooth surfaces, you can slightly adjust the position to ensure stability. For general models without anti-slip strips, you can stick rubber anti-slip pads by yourself, covering the four corners at the bottom of the toilet to reduce the risk of slipping.

4. Function Testing

  • Structural stability: Gently shake the toilet to confirm that the upper and lower bodies are firmly connected without shaking or abnormal noises.
  • Anti-slip performance: Simulate the usage state and observe whether the anti-slip strips or anti-slip pads effectively prevent sliding.
  • Additional checks for general models: If it involves the connection of a water tank or a sewage pipe, check whether the sealing ring is properly installed to avoid water leakage.

5. Post-installation Adjustment Adjust the position slightly according to the usage scenario, for example, placing it close to the wall or in a corner to save space. If used outdoors, ensure that the ground is level and avoid long-term exposure to the sun to prevent plastic aging. For general models that need to be fixed to the ground, you can use expansion screws for reinforcement, but pay attention to the drilling depth to prevent damage to underground pipelines.

Precautions:

  • Avoid using brute force during the installation process to prevent damage to the buckles or screws.
  • If the instruction manual does not match the actual accessories, immediately contact the seller for confirmation and do not modify it by yourself.
  • When used by children or the elderly, it is recommended to add additional anti-slip measures, such as laying anti-slip floor mats.
