Plastic Mobile Toilet Installation
The installation of plastic mobile toilets needs to be determined according to the specific model, structural form, moving method, and sewage treatment method. The common installation steps and key points are as follows:

I. Basic Installation Steps (Taking a single-unit structure as an example)
Main Body Connection
Most plastic mobile toilets adopt a modular design. During installation, the upper main body (including the toilet lid and seat ring) and the lower main body need to be fixed with buckles or bolts. For example, the Behao BH132(PP) mobile toilet connects the upper and lower main bodies with buckles to ensure a tight and seamless interface and prevent sewage leakage.Anti-slip and Fixation
The bottom is usually equipped with anti-slip strips or rubber pads. During installation, ensure that the ground is flat and that the anti-slip strips are in full contact with the ground to prevent slipping. For lifting or powered towing models, fixed brackets or hooks need to be installed according to the instructions to ensure structural stability during transportation.Sewage Treatment System Connection
- Water-flush type: Connect the water inlet pipe and the drainage pipe, ensuring that the water pressure meets the requirements (usually 0.1-0.3 MPa), and the slope of the drainage pipe is not less than 2% to avoid blockage.
- Waterless suction type: Install a fecal storage tank and a suction interface, and check the tightness to prevent odor leakage.
- Recirculating water-flush type: Connect the filtration system and disinfection device to ensure that the water quality meets hygiene standards.
II. Installation Differences for Different Structural Types
Single-unit Structure
Suitable for families or temporary places, with simple installation. Usually, only the upper and lower main bodies and anti-slip devices need to be connected. Some models (such as portable toilets) do not need to be fixed and can be placed directly for use.Composite Structure
Composed of multiple single units (such as double toilet compartments or with a management room), the basic framework needs to be installed first, then each single-unit module is fixed, and finally the water and electricity systems are connected. During installation, pay attention to the alignment and tightness between modules.
III. Installation Precautions
Environmental Requirements
The installation ground should be flat and hard to avoid structural tilting due to soft soil or slopes. For outdoor use, consider wind and rain protection measures (such as installing ground anchors or canopies).Ventilation and Deodorization
Waterless models need to be equipped with exhaust fans or activated carbon filtration devices to ensure air circulation. Water-flush models need to check whether the drainage pipes are unobstructed to avoid odor generation due to sewage retention.Safety Inspection
After installation, test all functions (such as flushing, door locking, and anti-slip) to ensure there are no water leaks, electric leaks, or structural looseness.
Tip: Refer to the product manual for specific installation steps. For complex models (such as powered towing models), it is recommended to be operated by professionals.
