Plastic Mobile Toilet Base

Admin 22 de septiembre de 2026

Currently, there is no standardized product for plastic mobile toilet bases, but functional requirements can be met through creative modifications or component combinations. Based on existing cases and component technologies, their design needs to balance mobility, structural stability, and leak-proof sealing. Below are specific plans and technical highlights:

1. Adaptability of Lightweight Mobile Toilet Bases
Although the base structure of the 2026 new lightweight plastic mobile toilet is not clearly defined, its design logic can provide references: Modules such as ventilation systems and gravity-flush sewage tanks require stable support. It is speculated that the base may be molded in one piece from high-strength plastics (such as PP or HDPE), with reinforced ribs to enhance load-bearing capacity. If self-modification is needed, plastic sheets with a thickness of ≥5mm can be selected as the base material, and a frame can be formed through hot-melt welding or bolt fixation to ensure it can bear a weight of over 200kg (including the fully loaded sewage tank).

2. Practical Plans for Creative Modification Cases

  • Caster Wheels + Frame Structure: Referring to the modification case of plastic buckets, the base needs to include a four-layer structure:

    • Bottom Layer: Four 3-inch caster wheels with brakes (load-bearing capacity ≥100kg each), fixed to the four corners of the plastic frame with metal brackets;
    • Middle Layer: The plastic sheet is cut into a “井”-shaped frame, with a horizontal spacing of ≤40cm to disperse pressure;
    • Top Layer: A non-slip plastic sheet serves as the standing surface, with edges 2cm higher than the frame to prevent sewage overflow;
    • Sealing Layer: Rubber sealing strips are installed at the connection between the frame and the toilet body to prevent sewage leakage.
  • Base Optimization for Water Storage Tank Modification: When fixing caster wheels to the bottom of the拖板 (assuming it means a supporting plate), structural adhesive (such as silicone adhesive) should be applied to the cut surface of the water storage tank to enhance the bonding strength with the frame. At the same time, L-shaped metal corner brackets should be installed at the four corners to prevent plastic cracking due to long-term use.

3. Technical Reference from Toilet Offset Device Components
The thickened PP pipes (wall thickness ≥3mm) and flange sealing ring technology in offset devices can be used for the connection between the base and the toilet body:

  • Pipe Adjustment: If the toilet position needs to be adjusted, flexible PP corrugated pipes can be selected as the sewage pipes. Their corrosion resistance is better than that of PVC pipes, and they can still maintain smooth sewage discharge when the bending radius is ≤15cm;
  • Leak-Proof Design: The flange sealing ring should be made of EPDM rubber material, with a temperature resistance range of -40℃~120℃, which can effectively prevent leakage at the connection between the sewage tank and the base.

4. Design Considerations

  • Material Selection: Prioritize the use of new plastic materials with a recycled material content of ≤30% to avoid embrittlement caused by long-term ultraviolet exposure;
  • Center of Gravity Control: The sewage tank should be placed in the central area of the base to avoid uneven force on the caster wheels due to eccentric loading;
  • Maintenance Convenience: The base frame needs to reserve inspection ports for easy cleaning of the sewage tank or replacement of caster wheels.

If further cost reduction in manufacturing is required, reference can be made to the design of industrial plastic pallets, and the base can be molded in one piece through injection molding, but mold precision must be ensured to avoid deformation.
