This winning bid indicates that Pingluo County has a demand for mobile toilets and has selected Shaanxi Zhongtai Environmental Protection Engineering Co., Ltd., which possesses the relevant qualifications and capabilities, to undertake the project through a public bidding process. This will help provide compliant mobile toilet facilities for public areas in Pingluo County, meeting people's toilet needs in public places and enhancing the city's public service standards.

Mobile Toilet Applications in Substations

State Grid Shizuishan Power Supply Company adopted prefabricated warehouse-style energy-saving construction for temporary office and living quarters during the construction of the Shuiquan 110 kV substation. The guard room, main control room, and high-voltage room utilized modular, prefabricated panel houses with movable flush toilets. The use of movable flush toilets in substation construction reflects the concepts of material and land conservation and reduction of construction waste. Movable flush toilets can be flexibly arranged and adjusted according to the actual needs of substation construction, meeting the toilet needs of staff while avoiding the resource waste and environmental pollution issues that may arise from traditional toilet construction, in line with the requirements of green, environmentally friendly, and efficient modern engineering construction.

Toilet Construction in the 'Toilet Revolution'

Pingluo County is advancing the 'Toilet Revolution' by adopting different toilet construction methods for villages with different types of residences. Towns near suburban areas focus on building complete sewer-type sanitary toilets, concentrated residential villages focus on building small centralized collection-type flush toilets, and scattered residential villages focus on promoting water-saving and freeze-proof three-compartment septic tank toilets. Although these toilets are not strictly mobile toilets, they are important measures taken by Pingluo County to improve rural sanitation conditions. By 2026, a task of building 269 new rural sanitary toilets has been issued, with 40 already completed, and the coverage rate of rural sanitary toilets among permanent households in the county has reached 92.5%. This demonstrates the significant achievements made by Pingluo County in the 'Toilet Revolution' and effectively improves the quality of life for rural residents.
