Pingliang Simple Mobile Toilet Installation

Admin 05 de octubre de 2026

The installation of simple mobile toilets in Pingliang should follow the steps and key points below to ensure rapid deployment and complete functionality:

I. Pre-installation Inspection

  1. Sewage Pipe Cleaning: Check whether there are any obstructions such as mud, sand, or waste paper in the sewage pipes to prevent sewage backflow or odor diffusion during subsequent use due to pipe blockage.
  2. Ground Level Verification: The ground at the installation location should be level. If there is any inclination, it should be corrected by adding a bedding layer or adjusting the chassis supports to prevent uneven stress on the toilet body or seal failure at the connections due to an uneven ground.

II. Chassis and Toilet Body Positioning

  1. Chassis Structure Adaptation: The chassis of simple mobile toilets is mostly designed with a steel frame and axle combination, facilitating transportation to the designated location by towing or lifting. During installation, ensure that the chassis makes firm contact with the ground to prevent component displacement caused by transportation vibrations.
  2. Toilet Body Module Connection: The toilet body is a factory-prefabricated integrated module with pre-installed pipelines and equipment (such as toilets, sinks, and ventilation systems). During installation, precisely connect the toilet body to the chassis to ensure that the reserved connection positions match the chassis structure.

III. Rapid Connection of Interfaces

  1. Standardized Quick-connect Fittings: The water supply, drainage, and electrical interfaces are all designed with standardized quick-connect fittings, significantly reducing installation time. When connecting, check whether the sealing rings of the fittings are intact to avoid water leakage or electrical shock risks.
  2. Electrical Safety Testing: After connecting the power supply, perform an insulation test to confirm that there are no short circuits or electrical leakage in the circuits, ensuring the safe operation of the equipment.

IV. Precise Connection of the Sewage Outlet

  1. Centerline Positioning: Turn over the toilet and determine the center point on the sewage outlet, then draw a cross centerline extending to the feet around the bottom of the toilet to ensure that the sewage outlet is aligned with the center of the pipe.
  2. Sealing Treatment: Install a dedicated sealing ring at the sewage outlet or apply glass glue (putty) or cement mortar (with a cement-to-sand ratio of 1:3) around the sewage pipe to form a waterproof seal layer and prevent odor leakage.

V. Foot Fixing and Reinforcement

  1. Installation Hole Positioning: According to the positions of the screws at the bottom feet of the toilet, use an impact drill to drill holes in the ground. The depth of the holes should match the length of the expansion screws.
  2. Expansion Screw Installation: Pre-embed the plastic sleeves of the expansion screws and tighten the screws to ensure that the bottom feet of the toilet are tightly attached to the ground, preventing seal failure due to shaking during use.

VI. Function Testing and Acceptance

After installation, conduct a comprehensive test, including flushing, drainage, ventilation, and power supply, to confirm that there are no leaks, blockages, or equipment failures before putting the toilet into use.
