Pinggu Scenic Area Mobile Toilet

Admin 23 de septiembre de 2026

Pinggu Scenic Area mobile toilets have various characteristics, advantages, and limitations, as detailed below:

Structural Characteristics

The mobile toilet units in Pinggu Scenic Area are primarily constructed using lightweight composite materials for the boxes, facilitating repeated lifting and transportation. The exterior walls are made of metal carved panels with a mere 2mm gap between panels. The metal embossed panels are 16mm thick (including 0.6mm metal iron sheet), with a 50mm thick thermal insulation rock wool layer added in the middle of the wall. The interior wall height is 3 meters (net height), utilizing 12mm thick aluminum interior wall integrated panels for excellent thermal insulation. The doors are 1.9 meters wide and 2.2 meters high, featuring aluminum alloy double doors (opposing). The upper half of the doors is made of double-layer tempered glass, while the lower half is constructed from double-layer matte stainless steel or aluminum alloy, lined with bamboo plywood, etc. The windows are made of thermal-break aluminum alloy and are designed with privacy protection. The floor is paved with 20mm thick marble slabs, ensuring a structure that balances durability and functionality.

Sanitation System Design

The sanitation system operates in two directions: one involves integrating water storage containers with small-scale septic devices for self-contained circulation, albeit requiring frequent maintenance; the other relies on temporary external piping for sewage discharge, depending on the on-site infrastructure conditions. The foam-sealing natural eco-friendly toilet stands out as a highlight. It utilizes foaming liquid to generate foam instead of flushing water, maintaining the foam level inside the toilet fixture through light-sensing signals. This effectively seals odors, lubricates the toilet, and allows excreta to smoothly enter the septic tank for decomposition. This technology achieves a 98% water-saving rate, with no visible waste or odors, low power consumption (single toilet power of 0.2KW, power consumption of 0.1 - 0.8KWZ), simple maintenance, low operating costs, and no secondary pollution. It is suitable for a wide range of environmental temperatures (-40°C to 50°C). The toilet fixtures are made of solid stainless steel, with automatic control, making them suitable for both mobile toilets and the renovation of urban fixed toilets or civil engineering toilets. Some models also feature solar-powered ventilation fans for air circulation, ideal for areas without grid coverage.

Advantages in Applicable Scenarios

Mobile toilets offer significant advantages during short-term events or peak visitor periods in scenic areas, quickly filling infrastructure gaps and allowing for dynamic relocation based on visitor flow. For areas with special geological conditions or ecological sensitivity, their installation method, which does not require foundation construction, minimizes disturbance to the surface environment and protects the ecology.

Limitations

The limited size of individual units results in lower comfort levels and cramped interior spaces. Hygiene depends on regular cleaning and waste removal, with extended maintenance intervals potentially leading to odors. In extreme climates, inadequately insulated boxes may experience high temperatures in summer or low temperatures in winter, affecting functionality. Over the long term, the depreciation rate is higher than that of traditional buildings, with aging connection components and sealing materials potentially causing leaks or structural looseness.
