Personal Mobile Toilet

Admin 21 de septiembre de 2026

A personal mobile toilet is a sanitary facility that can be moved as a whole and is suitable for various locations. The following provides a detailed introduction from its definition, composition, classification, and usage methods:

Definition and Suitable Locations

A personal mobile toilet refers to a facility that can be moved as a whole and set up at locations with fixed or temporary needs. It is suitable for places such as stations, docks, tourist attractions, newly built residential areas, and large construction sites, meeting the characteristics of high personnel mobility and temporary or fixed toilet needs in these areas.

Composition Structure

Mobile toilets are generally composed of multiple parts. The fecal sewage storage tank (or fecal sewage treatment device) is used to collect and treat fecal sewage; the floor provides a stable standing and activity space for users; sanitary fixtures such as squat pans and toilets are the core equipment for using the toilet; walls serve to divide the space and protect privacy; washing equipment, including hand-washing faucets, facilitates users in cleaning their hands; water tanks are used to store flushing water; the roof provides shelter from wind and rain; and the mobile device enables the toilet to be moved as a whole, facilitating arrangement at different locations.

Classification Methods

  • By structural form: They can be divided into single-structure mobile toilets and composite-structure mobile toilets. Single-structure toilets are relatively independent and simple, while composite-structure toilets may be composed of multiple single units or have more complex internal structures.
  • By moving method: They are classified into hoisting and handling-type mobile toilets, which mainly rely on cranes and other equipment for movement; and powered and trailer-type mobile toilets, which have their own power or can be towed by vehicles for movement.
  • By sewage treatment method: They are divided into water-flushing and non-water-flushing suction-type mobile toilets. Water-flushing types use water to flush feces, while non-water-flushing suction types use suction equipment to treat feces; circulating water-flushing mobile toilets can recycle the flushing water; and dry-packing mobile toilets pack the feces for treatment without the need for water flushing.

Usage Methods

After entering a mobile toilet, the space is usually about one square meter, with a squat pan and a hand-washing faucet inside. There are usually two black balls at the bottom. After using the toilet, step on one black ball, and the squat pan will automatically flush; step on the other black ball, and the faucet will release water for hand washing. The door is equipped with a bolt. Pulling the bolt indicates that the toilet is occupied, and releasing it indicates that it is unoccupied, facilitating others in understanding the toilet's usage status.
